Le pague dos cuartos para mis padres, 90 dollares cada uno. Y cuando ellos llegaron solo le dieron un cuarto.

Breakfast was very good and extraordinary. They have everything in the buffet. Transportation always available and secured. Security was in a very high attention you know we're in Bogota. A lot of restaurants behind the hotel. Just take the elevator and you are in. Highly Recommended.

The location is great if you need to be near embassy. The pillows are super uncomfortable. I asked if they had any pillows that were lower as the ones they give you are stiff and high, definitely not hotel-grade. They said they only have one style of pillow in the entire building. Disappointing. Difficulty sleeping. The towels are super old, worn and rough, not hotel-grade. It was too expensive for the poor experience.

Good shops near by. Easy, reliable, access to comfort issues. Great roomservice, charming staff (I really mean this!). I WILL be staying at Fairfield on my next visit 👍

Food was terrible at the restaurant, the breakfast was very average, the service was poor in the restaurant, front desk was just ok, the only person/staff that gave us helpful service was the cleaning lady.
