We didn't like the staff attitude when we tried to make a complaint, lack of facilities in the room and noise from the function room downstairs. The view from the room however was great as was the breakfast.

We’ve stayed here and it’s been great everytime but this last time we stayed the 3 nights we stayed they had a party in the function room that went past midnight all 3 nights keeping us awake

Good size room, clean and spacious. Quality of bedding poor pillows flat and beds dipping. Breakfast great. Close to all amenities and free parking at rear.

Room was large and views lovely as had a seafront room. Breakfast was very good, cooked fresh and plenty of it. Lady serving was lovely. Room dated but clean, bathroom TINY! Biggest issue was the hotel staying it has parking. This actually equates to 5 spaces which the staff use. Anyone arriving in the summer, or with mobility issues could find themselves unable to park

Have stayed here once before. Since that time they have made some changes to the rooms to upgrade them. Rooms are clean. It takes a while for hot water to run in the shower and the flow is week but it’s an old building. This is a nice hotel for the price paid. Breakfast is included and of a reasonable standard. Staff are friendly. There’s some parking and off street parking is available for free.

If you have a dog they put you in one of there pet friendly rooms

Booked room as indicated on website and later requested it to be on ground floor. Room was nothing like the photos on website. Reception/ manager was a delightful and helpful person. Housekeeping was non existent during our 7 day stay. Bed never made or changed. Bathroom never cleaned. Bed and linen was poor - not " premium " as advertised. Requested new towels which were of different sizes! No chair in room. No shelving in bathroom. Free parking if you can get it - parked on street for 3 nights. Property N O T as listed or shown on website. Choosing a type of room e.g. superior, is futile as it doesn't exist. Property is completely misrepresented on the site. Received one night refund for our complaints. No onsite restaurant as indicated. Very run down property. Parking available (4 spots) out rear of hotel with no access available to hotel - bags must be brought through front door - a walk of some 100m along footpath/road. Definitely not as indicated in description. Expedia needs to verify all listings. Travelled from Australia for this!

Very courteous and friendly staff. Big rooms. Great breakfast. Note: no lifts/elevators for those who may need them.
