The hotel was great, and the wellness area too. The walk to the city was a bit long, but I liked it, and having a car or a bike or a car would be easier of course. I liked the quiet surroundings, and the room was cool and clean.

We stayed in a large, modern room on the fifth floor. A nice balcony with a view of woods (and the parking lot.) The room was very clean, the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel had a nice pool and workout room. We sought massages but were told the masseuse was unavailable. Spa was five minutes away by car. Breakfast was a nice spread. Dinner menu items were limited and not appealing to us, but there are many restaurants in the city center. We felt very comfortable in this modern hotel. We would recommend it.

Toujours aussi pratique et bien placé, par rapport au circuite de Spa Francorchamps. L'hôtel a été l'objet de remises en l'état en particulier dans l'espace welness, qui le place à un très bon niveau. Le petit déjeuner est toujours aussi excellent même si le très bon beurre en motte a été remplacé par des petits conteneurs individuels qui glissent des mains quand on les ouvre !

Nice and clean hotel. I had a room to the rear side of the building with an astonishing view over the ardennes.

Wifi not efficient

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. It could have had a little more luxuries for the price. Some biscuits, a coffee machine and or a mini bar fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, clean, balcony, beautiful panoramic vie, great pool. Need updating interiors etc. e.g. hairdryers.

Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended.

Stayed here last September & wasn't impressed. The place has been transformed. Really good now. Great service from a very small service team. Food is excellent. Rooms outstanding. They've put a lot of work in & now have a top, top hotel

We had a great stay here. Needed somewhere close to the Spa Francorchamps circuit (spotted some team personnel at breakfast!), with separate beds for us travelling as father and child. Easy to find, park, magnificent view, good breakfast options, friendly staff, no complaints!
