Everyone we talked to at the hotel was very nice and helpful; staff went above and beyond to make our stay a wow experience. Location was excellent

PARTY TOWN We were very pleased with this hotel in general. I am so disappointed for them and for the guests that stay and have to deal with the road noise from all the people partying on the strip. Like clockwork each morning at 3am when the bars closed, dozens of people would come down the culdesac screaming, singing, and continuing their party. I spoke with some local business owners and they were under the impression that the police were supposed to intervene but when I spoke with reception they were aware of the noise but essentially told us there was nothing they can do. I did not realize this was a “going out” town when I booked for my family with young kids. The property itself: Location: perfect for beach, restaurants, and souvenir shopping Staff: so kind, helpful, and welcoming at all levels Amenities: we loved the playground and pool area. Fresh filtered water was available and the cleanliness of the place was unmatched. Rooms: so much space and the room being tidied daily was such a great touch. Provided 6 coffee pods in the room and anything after that you have to buy. The coffee machine did not heat well but we just used the microwave. The double bed was two twins pushed together, which was okay with us. The outdoor seating was spacious and relaxing. The AC was excellent. Parking: was very limited and expensive Overall I would recommend this place but plan to bring a white noise machine if your room is near the road. We stayed in room 42.

Super close to the action, all night party place just up the road yet super close to the beach . Beds and linens not super comfortable. But location is great

Great levels of communication and customer service

Great property very quiet, clean and great location. 4 stars instead of 5 because the pool closes at 7 which seems kinda absurd, especially when it’s light out until 9:30 this time of year. I would also say this place is not ideal for families. It’s almost entirely older couples or groups of adults traveling together. We traveled with 3 kids and always felt self conscious about them making noise in the pool.

Clean room, minor issues with ants

Rooms were clean and spacious, only issues was the ants entering the room, whom were used to feeding off curbs near kitchen table and sofa.

We stayed here because it was one of the few hotels for a family of 6. The only issues I had were the pool closed quite early (7pm…but maybe that’s the norm in the area?) and the room got very damp/muggy. So much that our passports in our safe got bent, our clothes would get damp after being dry already. Appreciated the convenience to the beach just downhill and to the laundry machines across the street.

Could not fault a thing. The apartments were immaculate towel change and made up beds everyday. The location was perfect a few minutes from the strip but were not affected by any noise at night. Staff were so helpful and little touches like milk and biscuits on arrival along with complimentary beach bag and refillable water bottle. The poolside bar was great for food and it was really reasonable prices not expensive at all. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again

Excellent loaction, very clean and lovely grounds. Pool, jacuzzi, bar area & great food. 2 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the strip. Would definitely recommend

This was an amazing property to stay at. Resectionist was nice & accommodating & our room was perfect & spacious ! Location was near the strip , which I didn’t realize would be so close, which i didn’t love , but the hotel made up for that . Bar pool was amazing as well !

This was by far the highlight of our trip to Portugal. Not only is this property, gorgeous, and well appointed. The view from the balcony to the ocean was amazing. The staff was fabulous and they give you welcome gifts when you arrive and make you just really feel at home.

Spacious and great view

The property was great but didn’t match our needs for one night accommodation - for example the pool was closed by the time we arrived and they had two pages of terms and conditions that we everyone had to sign upon arrival. These terms and conditions or pool closing time wasn’t disclosed. They would not let us into the room until all paperwork was done-in other hotels one person completes the paper work at the reception and the rest of the family can go to the room. The hotel is located in a party part of town and this should be disclosed - young people partying until 6 am.

Good stay in a very good location. Everything you need for self catering. Many little supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. However, I found the food quality poor anywhere near the property, but it’s obviously not the hotels responsibility. Check in was fast and we even got to check in many hours earlier than expected, so this was so convenient and great as we travelled with kids and had many luggage’s. Staff is always very welcoming and always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. Downside is that none of the pools were heated. This was really disappointment as my little one was looking forward to some splash in the pool. If I will travel again with the family then I would Probably stay elsewhere due to freezing swimming pool. Please consider heating at least a baby pool!
