Excellent experience! The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful, thanks to Fabio!! This is our second time at this hotel and I wouldn't change it. The location is also the best!

We come to Sorrento every year…this is first time staying at Hotel Rivoli. Great hotel and great location!

The property is situated in an excellent location, close to the main shopping area and good restaurants as well as the train station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The hotel was lovely and well kept. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was spacious and clean! It is in a great area and is a super walkable location. So much around to see and do. Would recommend!

This property is a hidden gem. It is in a quiet location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Our room had 2 bedrooms with a surprise kitchenette that had a refrigerator and stove. The breakfast buffet was great. Special shoutout to Rosie and Alex who were wonderful! They were so pleasant and accommodating which is just the service you hope to receive. I highly recommend this property.

Central location

Fabio, Simone and other staff at the hotel is a great team. We had a beautiful and comfortable stay. The accessibility all around was a key and everything in a walkable distance. We were right in the middle of town and its vibes.

Staff were friendly, no rush. Breakfast was great, too! Quiet and easy to get to, away from the hustle of the busy town of Sorrento but close enough to get to the beach and shops.

Our stay in Sorrento at the Hotel Rivoli was simply perfect. The location, the staff it was all amazing.

Service was great but had an issue with parking. I was unaware that you had to drop the car off in the square and they came and picked it up for off site; would have been nice to know this in advance. Room was quite small, a little larger than a room on a cruise ship.

We arrived to a very nice welcome, the room is great, breakfast is fantastic. Love the location, right in the heart of Sorrento. It even has an elevator. We had the large room on top with a small balcony. We loved it.
