Great place and great staff

Amazing, family-friendly, dog-friendly gem a five-minute walk into town, 8 minutes to the ski slopes. Can also take the bus to a number of the ski lifts or outdoor activities. The hotel has a range of activities, including a movie room and game room, to keep everyone entertained. The food was delicious and good variety.

Paid for 3 days of half board, only able to eat one time because of reservations. There was no reimbursement. I understand this isn't the hotels fault but the children in the hotel are absolutely unbearable. I slept incredibly poorly the entire time. At least the staff was friendly and helpful at the reception, although fairly inattentive with dining (the one time I was able to enjoy a meal)

in general good but bad checkout policy (10am!) furthermore the service in the restaurant was super slow

GORGEOUS! What a find!

It’s nestled away in the beautiful Swiss alps. Walking distance from the train station. Food was great and service superb. The only mild annoyance is after staying four days the charged me 2 Chf for additional pods of coffee.

What a wonderful stay! The staff, hotel overall, and my room were amazing! Easy walk to the train station, COOP grocery story, and more. A fascinating history of this building/hotel! New owners totally renovated the interior a year ago. Breakfast was amazing, even bacon! Loved seeing the Arosa Bear Sanctuary and high mountains with free cable car due to local tourist card.

We had to read email and say to them we need clean room instead just come and get everything clean

The Faern is a work in progress. It’s nicely designed and has a good location with rooms offering stunning views. It only opened recently so there is still some construction happening and the staff could use some more training. But in the long run this will be a very nice option to stay in Arosa.

Very unfriendly staff, would not recommend.

Absolut super schönes Hotel in einer perfekten Lage

Eine sehr schönes Hotel mit einem zauberhaften Ausblick. Das Personal ist nicht nur freundlich sondern auch sehr zuvorkommend. Uns hält es sehr gefallen.

Das Hotel ist ok. Zimmer modern. Frühstück gut, Abendessen gut. Wellnessbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da wäre sicher mehr möglich.

Preis Leistung stimmt.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit toller Aussicht vom Balkon. Wellness, Pool, Tennis und sonstige Spielmöglichkeiten lassen nichts vermissen. Fußläufig zum Ort oder Gondel gelegen. Essen mit Halbpension war gut. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Aussicht, grosser Balkon, leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, toller Wellnessbereich, sehr nettes Personal.

Chambre un peu petite pour 4 ; notamment pour le lit des enfants. Sinon très bel hôtel et la demi pension est très bonne. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant.
