The service was very good, all helped well and the receptionist was very friendly + can speak English quite well provided the bus was also for the route.

Strategic location is the reason we chose this hotel. We are given a 9th Fl. room which is very huge, new, clean. We just needed to pay RMB 38 for this big upgrade. Hotel staffs are friendly and they helped me check if I left my bag in the room or lost it in taxi. I will surely recommend this hotel to any traveler who is going to visit Guangzhou. Towels are clean, aircon is so cold. LOLS..it's freezing cold.

This hotel have a good location and near from the station. Kecun station. Only 350 m.

Very satisfactory. The rooms are spacious as per the booking on the website. The room is clean as well as the bathroom. Highly recommend for friends and relatives. I will stay here if I'm in Guangzhou!

Staff is quite good, equipment in the room is okay.

Counter service not fast enough and has English language problem. Staff can speak English very little. Difficult to communicate and ask for more details. Room is ok, clean and nice view to see Canton Tower when open window. No room for breakfast. Just give bag of food, inside the bag there're noodle with fried egg, rice soup and banana. Location is good.
