Nice room, Berlin. Bathroom doesn't smell. Friendly staff. Kids friendly.

The room was big, but pillows too hard for me. Also, many bugs flying inside the room, don't know why, and also some hairs on the floating shelf. The breakfast was ok.

I booked a family room with 2 large bedrooms (one room with a large bed + another room with 1 large bed and 1 (not) small bed), 2 bathrooms, and a balcony.

The room is clean and the service is good. But the air conditioner in the bathroom is dripping. Stayed for 2 nights and it was dripping both nights. The security guard is not cute, doesn't speak very well, and has bad English. The reception staff is cute and kind. The bellboys provide good service. The restaurant is large and has good service. I would like to improve the security guards' polite language.
