The buffet breakfast was great, with lots of choice. The outdoor pool was disappointing because it was always crowded, with no place to sit. But I acknowledge that the hotel probably had limited space to deal with in terms of layout. We had a minor medical emergency and the front desk staff very helpful in help us deal with it. The room did not have a refrigerator, so I recommend travellers check on that prior to booking if thats important to you. I should have double check when I booked.

Not a 5-star resort kind of hotel. It's a 3-star boutique hotel. Bad news/good news ...there are no amenities: no little bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner, not even a box of tissues. Instead, there are wall-mounted dispensers over the sink and in the shower with liquid soap that is supposed to serve as bath gel, shampoo and hand soap. There are no ice machines (though you can request ice at the front desk and they will go in the back to get some). Technically, there is no door on the bathroom. Instead you close the shower door to get privacy on the toilet or in the shower...but the door is transluscent so you are basically exposed. No bathrooms on the lobby level -- you have to go down to the basement/parking level. The rooftop pool is in a beautiful setting where you get a terrific view of the whole city. But it's so small, it can only accommodate 4 to 5 people standing or 2 swimming. The good news-- wonderful breakfast buffet. Fantastic location -- short walk to La Rambla and the marina/water area. Friendly, accomodating staff.

The hotel location was perfect for our overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a very nice view. We enjoyed the rooftop deck which gave us beautiful views of Barcelona, both during the day and evening. We felt safe and secure in the hotel. The room was quiet.

We l led the hotel and room and very quiet, view form the room was gorgeous of the city, the immediate area was not as nice as we had hoped but a 5-10 min walk from city center and old town so convenient to get to main area, good value.

The room was clean but one evening we came back and the beds looked like they were made by a 2 year old(messy). The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is the same every morning no variety. The hotel is close to public transport and the Hop On Hop Off.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. They recommended a great place for dinner, provided us an electrical adaptor for our room as well as an iron and ironing board. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding area was a little questionable, however we felt safe as there was almost always a good police presence. The hotel location was very convenient as we could walk to lots of great places to eat as well as things to see. Breakfast was delicious with lots of great choices. We would recommend this hotel.

Amazing place to stay and will definitely return if I go back to Barcelona.

The property is near Las Ramblas and easy walking distance to Plaza Real for numerous restaurants and clubs as well as the waterfront and numerous sites. There is police station on the same block, so it is very safe. Pedestrians are everywhere both day and night. The hotel is clean, but we noticed a constant chemical smell in the hallway from cleaning agents they use. Rooms are simple, but modern and well cared for. Security cards are necessary for entry into the hotel, the elevator and your room. They have a rooftop infinity pool, but it was not heated and we had inclement weather, so couldn't use it.

Decent place in a good location. Room adequate although shower was a trickle and bathroom fan never worked. Told reception but nothing happened.

A hotel very dedicated to sustainability. Staff always went above and beyond even for the simplest request. Breakfast was always good and very filling. Rooms had plenty of storage. Bathrooms very nice. The view from the rooftop is unbelieveable.

Le service en général était excellent et une belle proximité des lieux populaires tels que la Rambla et les boutiques. Le point de vue de la piscine au 11eme étage est magnifique ! Ce qui nous a déplu, c’est la belle piscine qui n’était pas chauffée et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo et de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres. Très bien en général !

Très très bien accueilli malgré que nous sommes arrivé avant 16hrs. Les employés nous ont accueilli en français. Très très propre. Le déjeuner était très bon et vaut vraiment la peine car les restaurants à Barcelone n’ouvre pas avant 8hrs le matin et il y en a peu d’ouvert.la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un petit frigo dans notre chambre et des débarbouillettes.

The room was not ready when I got there and I had to put my stuff in the locker, which was quite hard because I had a lot of luggage. I’d like that the hotel was energy, efficient and that they recycle staff was friendly.

Pool area is very small with only 5 chairs. Staff was pleasant and helpful getting around the city with good recommendations. Hotel is Very well located for walking almost anywhere you want to visit. I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great location close to the port and an excellent luggage room. Highly reccomend.

Our stay for 2 days was average. Good location. An average size room, wooden floor, old towels, no facecloths, no glasses, no small fridge. Breakfast was to be included but the property charged 9 Euros each. the floor were wooden (very good) but when walking barefooted, out feet were dirty so they had not been washed for quite awhile, The other issue is why, almost all the times, booking with Expedia, we are given probably the worse room in the building (lower floor, overlooking the parking lot etc,,)
