Friendly and enthusiastic staff

My family stayed in room 104-105, it was quite stuffy. The toilet in room 105 had no barrier so when the water was flushed, it flooded the toilet and the washroom. Sob. Overall, it was just a temporary stay, but from the hotel, there was a very fun market and walking street, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Everything is good except the air conditioner makes noise like a p404 tractor

I had a great experience at Alba. I learned about Alba during the pandemic and watched reviews on youtube, thinking I definitely had to come here to experience it. Maybe this time I was "lucky" because the resort was empty because the vacation ended and it was during the week, so the space was even quieter and the services were quick. I was most impressed with the 8-step Onsen bath service, I liked step number 8 the most, the outdoor bath :)) I have experienced onsen in Japan, in Quang Ninh, but Alba left a pretty good impression with its decor, cleanliness, massage care service... I think when you come to Hue, you should stay in the city for 1 day and stay at Alba for 2-3 days to rest and escape the noise and dust. You shouldn't expect too much from the resort... Alba is decorated with many trees, close to nature and with such a room rate, it is very reasonable. Thank you Alba and I wish you will have many guests to take better care of the health of Vietnamese people. To emphasize again: ALBA is a resort, not for virtual life or sparkling beauty.

Everything is good from the price to the staff, the location is ok except the door of the room, I don't feel very sure and there is no towel so I use a face towel to wipe my feet =)))

The hotel has a good location, the staff is welcoming, cute, very hard to help guests. However, the hotel room is small, mysterious, outdated design. The WC was small without a sliding door design, but an open door design, creating a cramped feeling. The hotel room has mosquitoes and is occult. The air conditioner automatically turns off when the temperature is adjusted. The hotel should review the facilities. Because the quality of the room made me and my friend not sleep well, so my friend and I proposed to change to Alba Spa Hotel with the same system (for a fee), the experience there was very good. Rooms are spacious, clean, reasonably arranged.
