Nice hotel, friendly staff the only let down was the service at the attached restaurant.

I cannot recommend enough this hotel enough. They had by far the best customer service of any of the hotels we stayed at during our 11-day trip to Europe. When we got there, they told us that they had upgraded our room from an interior room to a beachfront room for free! Then when we told the front desk that we would be leaving very early in the morning and asked what would be the best way to get to the airport, they immediately scheduled a taxi for us and then told us they would leave to-go breakfast bags at the desk for us since we'd be leaving earlier than their breakfast hours. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view and the front desk was incredibly helpful. The beach was right outside our room and there was a gelato shop right next to the hotel. I'd love to go back to Mallorca and I definitely plan to stay at the Saulo Beach Hotel when I do!

Boutique Beach Hotel with excellent location, nice room balconies, awesome sea views and very friendly staff. The hotel is pet friendly and our Shih Tzu loved it as much as we did.

The property is at a great location; close to bus stop, shops, and restaurants. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and wonderful staff.

Very friendly staff especially the reception ladies who were always happy to help. Only concern was loud neighbouring rooms at 2 am blasting music.

Super little hotel which we discovered about 6 years ago & have been back many times. Staff are just so helpful, cleanliness & service is superb! Less than 5 minutes by taxi from the airport & right on the beach front. Would not stay anywhere else! 👍

beautifully located hotel on beach front with amazing views , staff were very friendly , rooms were basic and you could hear next door , I had a bad cough and must have disturbed my neighbours so sorry .The showers were great very powerful.

I dont know if the fault lies with Expedia or the hotel, but for the record this hotel does NOT have a car park, despite the Expedia page saying "parking included" and "on site parking". You have to park on one of the back streets behind the hotel, if youre lucky enough. Lady on the check in desk was bery friendly, room was fairly standard, but fine for what we paid really. Wouldn’t want to spend more than a couple of nights though, but it suited our needs (except for the lack of car park).

Amazing location - right on the beach. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful on the reception desk and in the restaurant. Food excellent. Slightly tired bathroom and it could have done with more shelves. also some drawers for storage would be useful in the bedroom.

The location is great, the view is top. The hotel itself is kinda low budget. Cleaners start to make noise at very early morning, walls are made out of "paper". Bathroom is worn. Breakfast was exactly the same all 5 mornings with very little variety. Stuff is kind and helpful, lobby looks up to date but rooms could use a face lift. Bed was soft and the mattrace must have been used since a long time as it had a hole made by the weight of houndreds of previous guests. All-in-all okay for this trip and price but no next time.

The booking was for a twin room, not a TWIN BED. YES you are reading it right, the hotel just gave us a single bed, not a double bed, not a king size bed a single bed!!! I havent been sleeping with someone that close since my years in university lol Friendly staff but I paid for a twin room for two people (I even double checked my reservation). Not worth the money at all

Even though the room was small, it was comfortable to our liking. The price was great with the view of the whole beach. Free breakfast was great and they cleaned the room daily. We also arrived early and were able to get in the room within 2 hours and they safe guard your bags, so you can go to the beach or sight see while waiting for the room. Overall experience was great for the price.

VERY NICE LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF, ALMOST CLEAN EXCEPT YOU CANT WALK WITH BAREFOOT ON THE DIRTY FLOOR.. OVERALL IS GOOD

Stayed for 17 nights. Perfect location! Beach and sunset views top notch. Everything you need is a walk away. Quiet little spot away from the more rowdy areas further East. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant is excellent- pizzas are very Italian authentic. Restaurants nearby are numerous and great value. Bus to airport is 5 Euro, bus to Palma only 2 Euro. Bottles of nice wine from Supermarkets nearby from 4 Euro. Only negatives are that a room modernization is needed and the manager told us this is planned soon. Other points to note are that Covid mask wearing was unfortunately not 100% followed by guests and staff alike and no-one was enforcing it. Some guests had no mask at all in the breakfast buffet and many staff also only covered their mouth and don't cover their nose. Noise does tend to travel through the hotel at night - inner corridor, aircon units drilled holes in wall and bathroom ventilation holes. Other than those points this hotel is excellent value and we definitely recommend it..

Staff so helpful and friendly. Had to change rooms as originally given a double rather than a twin beds but done without any hassle and didn’t interrupt our day. Beautiful view from the front of the hotel. Enjoyed happy hour cocktails and although we only ate snacks here the meals did look good. Breakfasts were good but could be a little hotter, (temperature didn’t change whatever time went down) coffee very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or stay here again if going back to Majorca.
