Breakfast was ok. But server was super!!

There were two of us and they only left one compliment bottle of water.l just assumed there would be two. Not sure if it is hotel policy only to give out one key card and have the guest request a extra one if needed. More of a enquiry than a complaint. Over all a great stay.

The breakfast was okay. Typical continental breakfast. The room was clean a little dated but not bad. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at this Microtel in Estevan! The pool, hot tub, and waterslide were a huge hit, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options, and there was lots of convenient parking. One of our favourite parts was the outdoor patio with the fire pit—perfect for relaxing in the evening with beautiful weather. The location was ideal, making everything easy to access.

Our kids had a blast in the pool and waterslide. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was great.

My wife called the front desk to let them know that one of the beds sheets were dirty. The person at the counter brought sheets and wanted us to change them. We wanted all bedding changes and they acted annoyed that we wanted that done.

I really appreciated online check in and check out. It was clean, quiet and the breakfast was good. The eating area was modern and comfortable.

The hotel and staff have evidently hosted tournaments in the past. It was clean, organized and cozy!

Clean room. Very polite staff

The bathroom was a little small and could use more counter space. I specifically asked for a noon checkout so my son could utilize the pool after a morning hockey game. We got kicked out by pool maintenance at 11:15 to balance the chemicals which takes half an hour so were unable to use the pool as much as we wanted.

Room heater was turned down to 60 and I still had to have the window open. Finally turned the heater off. The lounge is poorly managed. There is only one person there and if someone in a room orders food the person leaves for up to 20 min. Poor service. When I was checking out I was not acknowledged, the manager there seems to hang out with the staff and it takes away from the paying customers.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were all nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfy.
