The room was a bit old but clean, quiet area. The toilet was clean and the water was strong. I got a free room upgrade so I was very happy. Then I needed to check out late so I asked the receptionist, she said that if I checked out at 3pm, the surcharge would be only 250k. If I checked out after 3pm, I would have to pay in full. I agreed to pay in full and mentioned that I would leave around 4:30pm. Then she didn't say anything more. The next day, around 4:30pm, someone came to my room and knocked on the door to clean the room because I said I would leave at 4:30pm. I replied that was the plan, I paid the full price of the room to stay. The staff said sorry because you were taking over the shift so I didn't know, I just knew that the room needed to be cleaned to continue selling. If I checked out after 4:30pm, I would have to pay another 300k. I was extremely angry because 1. I paid the full price of the late checkout room, 2. I wasn't informed that after 4:30pm I would have to pay more, even though I had paid the full price of the room. I left the room at 5:15 pm and will not return to stay later, because I felt it was disrespectful. Not to mention that my room 205 reeked of cigarette smoke before, I asked the reception to check but it was still the same. They only put in an essential oil machine to reduce the smell. I stayed for 3 nights and had to endure it.

The hotel has a strong library feel, very atmospheric and unique in theme. It is quite enjoyable to stay here. The building is also located in a small street but about 100-200m from the main road, very easy to walk and there are many amenities and full dining options around.

Entering the room, there was a musty smell, extremely unpleasant. I went down to the reception to complain and borrowed a bottle of room spray, but she didn't seem very happy. She even told me to remember to bring it back to her when I checked out tomorrow :))) The bathroom was designed with a mirror on the outside so you could see everything. In general, I didn't go back.

Toliet water is very weak. The toilet faucet is too strong. The housekeeping team is very good, only the receptionist has a very bad attitude, so I hope to give training instructions to improve your Hotel.

The hotel is located in a residential alley not far from the city center (Benh Than) and the airport. Not a new hotel but ok for transit if you are near the airport.

Nhân viên thì tốt nhưng chất lượng phòng thì không tốt. Mình chỉ ở 1 đêm và book ngay sang hotel khác ở Q1 chất lượng ok mà lại rẻ hơn 1. Phòng và giường khá hôi 2. Đèn trần chỉ có 2 bóng màu vàng, cực kì tối. Ảnh thì chụp lên sáng chứ mình ở thấy tối cực kì, đã gọi cả nhân viên lên thì bạn ý nói toàn bộ là đèn vàng. Mình thắc mắc sao trần thế mà chỉ có 2 bóng 3. Nhà vệ sinh bồn cầu rò nước, nóng lạnh thì bật mãi không nóng 4. Hình như không có thang thoát hiểm luôn thì phải

Nice lobby, quick check in and check out. Check-in is 15 minutes late. Check out after 12h 30 minutes late, the staff asked to pay 30% more. Room according to the price of the hotel.
