The reception staff was fantastic and so helpful. They communicated well before check in and helped us make sure we had everything we needed. If you want to spend time in the apartment, the space is very small, but it’s clean and a great efficiency apartment to use while traveling with modern amenities. It’s in a great location and provides everything you need!

The location was great—just a short walk to the Sagrada Família, with a grocery store and lots of restaurants nearby. That said, there were quite a few things we didn't love about the apartment. It was much smaller than we expected. We booked the room with two large twin beds, but it felt pretty cramped, and the shower in that bathroom was tiny. The AC setup was also frustrating since the three units couldn't be controlled separately, so one area would be too warm while another was too cold. The fridge wasn't cooling properly, and although the washer was advertised as having a dryer function, it didn't seem to work. The shower in the queen bedroom bathroom had very weak water pressure as well. We were assigned a second-floor unit with no balcony, and the living room featured a large decorative wall art piece that simply said "HOTEL." It felt a bit odd and took away from the cozy vacation atmosphere we were hoping for. Overall, the location was excellent, but the apartment felt very small for the price. Given the cost, we expected a much more comfortable stay and didn't feel it offered good value for the money.

Very niche hotel apartment, close to dinning venues, metro and the Sagrada Família cathedral, a bit small but comfortable, first time there didn’t have much time to really check it out cause we were out most of the time .

Apartment was large, spacious and had everything you need. Large patio area but due to the weather we didn’t get an opportunity to use it. Would be fab in the summer months! Staff were very helpful. Quiet location just off main road with supermarket & restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Clean room. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. We could also use the laundry machine inside the room. The view from our room wasn't the best, but it had a balcony. Make sure to close the automatic curtains at night. We enjoy staying here. We will return.

Location is just great. It is close to everything: attractions, public transportation (subways, trains, buses), restaurants, stores. The apartment was perfect for a family of four and had great balconies.

Loved everything

Room is small , air conditioner on the wall not working so there are portable ones in the living room and bedroom. They are very noisy. Washer combines with dryer but dryer not working properly. It stopped when the clothes are still wet.

Fantastic apartment with every amenity. The terrace was such a handy spot. Reception was so helpful, especially Andy, who made our stay so easy. The area is quiet but in the middle of everything. We felt like locals during our week stay.

Wonderful place to stay in Barcelona! About 5 min walk to the Metro, 10-15 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They provided a gift basket of some food staples, which was fantastic, and had the apartment very clean and ready early, which was exactly what was needed after a long trip. The apartment was so very nice. It had a small courtyard patio which was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee after a day of walking and exploring. Overall a wonderful experience at this apart-hotel!

There is some noise since you are in a neighborhood so bring ear plugs (we heard sirens and barking dogs each night and morning). Also, there are no blinds/curtains really so definitely bring an eye mask. The sofa bed was actually super comfortable.

Perfect location for our stay in BCN! Super convenient to everything and the staff was great. The apartment was perfectly appointed with everything you could need. Definitely, check the coffee shop on the corner, it was great. We will be back!

Location is excellent - walkable to major avenues and highlights of Barcelona, i.e. Passeig de Gracia, Casa Batllo, Sagrada Familia. Andy at the front desk was super helpful. Apt has everything - beds are comfy, great decor. Did not give 4 stars because of lack of amenities. It was perfect for our purpose - but if you'd like a bar/pool, etc., this may not be the place.

We loved the beautiful apartment. The kids room was a bit small but ok for a short stay. The master bedroom was lovely but we couldn’t sleep at all most of the night. The noise from the outside felt like it was coming from somewhere inside the building. During the day even though the street were more busy inside the apartment was not as noisy. The nights were quite challenging for both of us, my husband that can sleep literally anywhere was getting up through out the night from the noise. Besides that everything else was wonderful. The staff was very helpful at all times.

Very expensive apartment with no comfortable bed, not enough towels, not well maintained cleaning. I don’t recommend it at all.

The property it self was nice but the area around is not nice .i not feel safe walk around especially after dark

Great place to stay. Apartment is modern with kitchen, air conditioning, washer/dryer combo, and comfortable beds. Sagrada Familia is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Nice coffee shop and pastries around the corner. Only complaint is not enough toilet paper, no paper towels and trash can in bathrooms is small. Not a big deal since we just bought what we needed. And you must take out the trash and recycle items when you check out.

Wonderful property. Great communication. Beautiful roof deck. Wish we could have stayed longer.
