Great location

A beautiful hotel with very good service.

When we first arrived, it looked dated but we could use the amenities in the sister hotel opposite in the hotel bonanza plays resort and spa which was more new but that didn’t phase us because the setting and grounds and pool were pretty. It was super clean and comfortable. The bus stop was right outside so easy to get to the airport and back with one change. Everything was fab and we would stay again.

The hotel is in a lovely area close to the beach, the bus stop is right outside the hotel to conveniently take you to Palma for only 2 euro. The breakfast and dinner choices were fabulous and the outdoor pool area and bars leading out to the sea was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel in nice area. Breakfast was excellent. Large rooms and balcony. Clean towels and sheets most days. Only slight issue was pool towels sometimes not available and difficult to get ice! Would stay again!

Lovely staff

Having both the hotel's available for use was nice. Particularly impressed that a meal was left for us, given we had a late arrival. Special mention that Bianca was lovely. Very efficent with breakfast service and excellent with customwr service at the pool bar. Would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

It was a couple geataway and we stayed for 5 nights. The room was a standard size and we got two twin beds put together despite requesting a one larger bed, but it was comfortable overall. We booked at Bonanza Park and it was a good choice, the building was located at the hill top and we had the most wonderful view overlooking the sea, pool and beautiful park. The hotel has a very good continental breakfast (was included), a great variety of food. We could use the sea access in the Bonanza beach hotel, which we didn't, because there is no beach at all, only stairs that go straight to water, so you can go for a swim but there is no place to tan because it is forbidden to use the pool area at the Bonanza beach hotel. We mostly used one of the two pools on our side, and also walked to the little local beach 5 minutes away. I would not recommend this place if you really planning to enjoy the beach, it is too small and crowded. We did like the stay at bonanza, but wouldn't come back again. It is way long to get to Palma downtown by local bus and we had to rent a car to go to palma. I would recommend this hotel for families with kids and ot for couples

We were celebrating our anniversary and given an upgraded to a bungalow. Thank you. The dinner at the Bonanza across the street was wonderful. The famous Illletes beach is a short walk with many restaurants to enjoy lunch and the sea. This was our fourth visit to this beautiful Calvia.

It was great, staff was professional (Ana showed us the ropes and was super nice), and the food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were upgraded to a bungalow suite which was fabulous. The views overlooking the gardens and the sea were beautiful. The breakfast had a large selection of food to choose from. We chose half board, so had to go to the sister hotel across the street to have our dinner. Sadly there wasn't a great selection of vegetarian options and you had to pay for drinks extra. There location of this hotel was great as you had 2 beaches nearby, around 15 walk. Lots of little supermarket to get snacks. Bus stop just outside the hotel. We went into the Palma city everyday for 2 euros. Overall we had a great stay. The gardens, pool and views are wonderful.

the staff were very lovely, room was spacious and clean, view was great, breakfast delicious, tons of amenities including pool and tennis.

Staff were particularly helpful. Also the ability to use certain facilities like the gym in the property across the street.

We had a fantastic 4 night stay last week. Our free upgrade to a 2 bed bungalow was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast option was plentiful. We loved swimming in the pools which were quiet. So handy being able to easily explore using the bus that stops right outside.

En general bien. Solamente la limpieza de las alfombras de gradas y corredores qué es un desastre. Por lo demas excelente desayuno y personal super amable.

Nice stay. Very comfy bed. Quiet dark room with great view. Pool on the ocean is awesome. Had a fantastic massage with Camila!!! Buffet food was surprisingly very good, breakfast was great and an omelette station.
