The staff here was the best I’ve ever had on any trip. Friendly and always on the go to make a great trip!

I have never been to a hotel where the staff appeared to genuinely love/like their job and treat the guests like “family” It was an incredible experience.

Every thing was good only the Hotel is too old. Even some furniture was break and in Toro dining area floor was too old. Food is good . Sea shore was good . Only hotel is too old.

Clean room, Staff were amazing and nice the whole stay I was there

In the hotel there is nothing to do,after you go to the restaurant. The buffet is very limited, we stay 5 days and only one of those there was Mexican food ‘, the water in the shower and in the wash basing smelled very, very very bad. The jacuzzi in the room was dirty with a lot of soap scum.

Happy to know the property will be remodeled. It is definitely in need of an overhaul. We would be happy to return once that is completed.

Overall, I had a great time. The problem was the smell that came from the hot tub.

This place was nice for relaxation but it needed more for my teen daughter to do.

Hard Rock Cancun is small but inviting. Service staff was great but stay clear of the pushy vacation planners staff. Evening dinners require a reservation so book your dinners for each night of your stay as soon as you arrive. Any of the restaurants can accommodate booking reservations for all restaurants. Stop by one and book for all the others for the stay. (Wish I would have known this ahead of time) Older resort with slow elevators. Pool area is nice but plan to get up early and go reserve your chairs. Great entertainment in the outdoor theater and fun entertainment and activities pool side throughout the day. Room service was handy but food wasn’t great. The hot tub in our room was disgusting and jets shot out rusty water but friends had a hot tub in their room that worked great so I guess we were just unfortunate. Overall stay was pleasant.

Pet friendly and plenty of shopping.

They placed me in a room where they had construction going on, loud banging and drilling started at 6 in the morning, I couldn’t get any rest, went to tell them about it and was told the couldn’t get me another room until 4pm the next day, only good thing is they gave me a full refund or at least I have to wait and see for that but told me I have to leave the property immediately or pay $280 for a day pass, all my family was there and because they didn’t want to accommodate me I had to leave but who wants a room where they can’t get any rest, staff was very rude and acted like I wanted to leave but no I just wanted a different room where I could rest peacefully so for that reason I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there

It’s was perfect

Our stay was great overall with the exception of some staff. The majority of staff were wonderful but there is one guy who works in the hotel's Pharmacy/Gift Shop who refused to provide change in USD citing the policy which actually was just the currency converter.

Horrible absolutely do not stay here. Horrible waste of money. Basically it’s a bunch of drunk obnoxious parents and their l teenage underage kids drunk rude disrespectful thieves parents and kids both acting like they’re better than everyone else. No one is friendly or wants to be friends or have a good time. It’s primarily all 14–20 yr old kids drunk. Do not bring ur daughter here or allow her to go. The food is horrible and tastes like garbage. Better be up at 7 am to put ur towel on ur chair before going back to bed for a couple more hours if u can sleep thru the constant noise of housekeeping the blasting music screening kids and the drunk guests. The staff and management concierge? Useless. They shouldn’t even be there as they accomplish nothing. All they will tell u is what they can’t do not what they can do to help you, and even if they do it will be so pathetic or so overly priced sufficient is not even enough to describe how useless it will be. They use the “idk Spanish” bs to get out of everything or not do anything for u. I could go on and on but head my advice this place is 0/10. Stay elsewhere. Hardrock needs to take their name off this PAM hotel disaster, such a disgrace. Oh and the food taste like a tough leather shoe. Won’t ever stay here or another hardrock ever again.

I would never recommend tho property to anyone the view that we got was horrible. The staff did not care that this was my friend‘s bachelorette. They were very rude the way they’ve maintained this property and the views that lead up to many of the rooms with this property are horrendous. We were so excited to visit this property as we’ve only heard amazing things about it, but I would never recommend this property to anyone.
