-ห้องพักที่จองไม่เหมือนในรูปเลยสักนิด ทั้งเตียง ห้องน้ำ ที่ว่างของ กระจก ทุกอย่าง ! -ฉันอยากจ่ายอัปเกรดไปห้องที่ดีกว่านี้ หรือห้องที่มีตาในรูป แต่พนักงานบอกว่าห้องเต็ม และไม่ขอโทษ ไม่แก้ไขปัญหาใดๆให้ฉันเลย -ฉันจองไป 6 คืน แต่พักแค่ 1 คืนเพราะโรงแรมแย่มาก! -ห้องไม่เรียบร้อย มีผ้าที่รื้อแล้วทิ้งไว้ในห้องตอนฉันเช็คอิน -ฉังจองเตียงใหญ่ไป แต่ได้เตียงเล็กสองเตียงชิดกัน และทำให้เกิดร่องตรงกลางเตียง นอนไม่สะดวกสบาย -ฉันติด DND แต่ป้าย DND จะดับเมื่อเอาคีย์การ์ดออก เมื่อออกไปข้างนอกจึงไปเเจ้งพนักงานฟร้อนท์ว่าไม่ต้องทำห้อง แต่พนักงานก็เข้าห้องฉัน ! เพราะพนักงานฟร้อนท์คนนั้นเพิ่งมาแจ้งแม่บ้านว่าห้ามเข้าตอนที่ฉันกำลังกลับมาแล้ว และไปเห็นว่ากำลังทำห้อง -ฉันอยากจะ refund คืน แต่ฉันไม่ได้จ่ายเเพคเกจ refund เพราะไม่คิดว่าที่พัก จะไม่เหมือนในรูปภาพที่เอามาขายเลยแบบนี้ *ทั้งหมดนี้ฉันไม่ได้รับการขอโทษจากโรงแรมหรือพนักงานเลยสักครั้งเดียว!

Very good accommodation, next to the beach, the room can be arranged in a luxury class. Worth the price 🥰

We booked this place just because of its name by Wyndham and Ramada ! Of course because i’m trusting the brand. But seriously all the thing aren’t as its standard. The moment we check in, we already upset. The room was smelly. They had a smell like something bothering us. The towel aren’t clean. Most of the things in toilet already broken such as the toilet door, the soap holder, the towel holder 😕. There were matress and I think bedsheet/towel outside our room . Those matress are there since we check in 😅. The housekeeping are not cleaning the room until we told the front desk. The pool are totally dirty. We even not comfortable going in. Look like there’s layer of oil on top of the pool 🤢. The breakfast are not worth at all. The only part I gave 1 ⭐️ are because of the front desk staff very nice. Always smiling 👍. After all , I definitely not recommended and not coming again to this hotel.

The hotel is well located, the staff is pleasant, room generally comfortable. However, in the dining room and reception area, music was continuously played too loud, even at 7:00am in the morning; so that even though it is a lovely beach setting, it doesn't feel peaceful.
