El servicio es bueno , el hotel tienen algunos detalles de falta de mantenimiento en los baños pero nada grave , el desayuno es básico , el hotel es limpio . Tiene una alberca pero el agua están un poco fría .

The room was so clean and i love that the hotel is PET friendly, even the staff gave us an accesory for my pet.

Plenty of things to do. Centrally located to Boca del Rio and the Malicon. Really enjoyed breakfast. Everything was super clean and the pool was great. Can’t think of anything we were not happy with during our stay. Would rebook in the future.

Rooms need repairs. Bathrooms are in bad condition, towels are old. I had to change rooms. Staff at front desk and restaurant are very friendly and give excellent service. Don’t think I’m staying there again. It’s a pity because it has great location.

This is an old hotel that had another name, and they just put "Hampton" name on it.

Room was great. Clean, amenities like couch with tv tray, desk, and fridge. Very close to Plaza las Americas, restaurants and other shopping. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and courteous.

There was an issue with some stranger entering the room at 1:30 but thankfully the second lock was on
