The hotel staff is very friendly, because every time I go to Kuala Lumpur I always stay at St Giles Garden Hotel, I was immediately given an early check in. I like staying at this hotel because it has direct access to Garden Mall and Mega Mall. It is also close to LRT. The breakfast is also delicious and varied. Overall, I like staying at this hotel.

The receptionist was unfriendly. I checked in at 1:30. The room was not ready. I was told to come back at 3. I waited to see if Traveloka had paid or not. I returned to the hotel at 6. They were still looking for a room so I waited again.

The water is very hot. Even if the hot water tap is put off, the cold water only is very hot. Difficult to tak a bath with this kind of hot.

The hotel is good, the hotel staff are friendly, but for people who smoke, they have to go up and down to the 6th floor, because the smoking area is on the 6th floor.

It's comfortable to live here, so you don't want to go anywhere. Suitable for a staycation, the place is in a mall so it's easy to do what you want or not

Since covid when it was shut down, there were no changes made. The place looks neglected. Far from the days it was doing great. Not worth the price changed.

Kami sekeluarga senang tinggal di hotel ini, lolasi strategis, breakfastnya enak semua, kamar bersih dan rapi juga besar. Sudah langganan tinggal di sini setiap ke KL, hanya kali ini agak kecewa, air di bathtub keruh tidak jernih seperti biasanya. Semoga ke depannya ada perbaikkan. Terima kasih.

The accommodation looks exactly like the photo show. It is a big room, clean and comfortable to stay. It is a good location as it is walking distance to malls. We come and stay again next time.

Basic room amenities such as small towels and tissues not replenished. Air con not cold enough. Do not disturb light not working. Front desk staff not friendly, not welcoming. No greetings from staff on floor nor lobby. More often than not, phone are not answered. Operators not friendly and did not appear eager to assist.

Could be improve, the front desk staff is kind of rude, talking to me with her hand folded like in defensive body language, while I ask nicely what time is the check out and of its possible to extend it. At the check in experience as well. When I approached the desk to check in, the front desk guy give me a “stop” hand gesture and a very sharp “not yet” tone.
