Alexis was super helpful! Both heaters broke down a few minutes after we checked in and they offered the space heaters from their office for the night.

Yes, I did send review directly at hotel when there Room spotlessly clean, bed v.comfy, staff very courteous, friendly. Felt at home. Alexis attended to needs of kettle/teabags (there was coffee machine) and that heating settings were right. Helpful lady next morning had been briefed I needed assistance

All good apart from lift not working

Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs! Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

Hotel was good and staff lovely. It was very central and close to transport links. Unfortunately due to the high temperature it was difficult to cool down without opening windows and this caused a high level of noise in the room. We were provided with a fan but although it moved air around the temperature was still uncomfortable. Some sort of air conditioning would be helpful especially as temperatures are rising.

Our room had a lot of space but it needs work. Very outdated place, loud bed. No A/C. There’s a fan in the room. And they even give you earplugs… it’s very loud from the trams and trains on both sides so not possible to sleep with an open window either.

Good~~ for convenient location, nice staffs, private parking with a fee Room is comfortable and the kitchenette equipped with all we need.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness and size of the room, the very comfortable bed and the additional facilities such as the fridge, kettle and microwave. The ensuite bathroom was a good size with a wonderful shower unit. The property was well placed for a short walk to the city centre.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, just outside railway station so very convenient when you don’t have a car but might be a bit noisy as next to tram rail track. Highly recommended.

some of the friendliest and most accommodating staff we have ever met. nothing and i really mean nothing was to much trouble for them. The lady who serves the breakfast treats you like family. we will stay here again.

Just a nice, convenient, comfortable hotel. Close to the station and to the town centre, and reasonably priced. It also is well equipped. There are no complaints.

OK, big strange soapy stain from a leak on the floor in the room which never went away, in general the hotel corridors etc were a bit grubby and stained but not terrible. Good and friendly service from staff though.

Ideally located if you need a bed for the night and you are travelling by train, but we were driving from the south of France to the North and it's a pain to park (10e a night extra) and a bit of a walk from the hotel with our bags. Local area is not nice at all - mostly kebab and fast food chicken joints, couldn't find anywhere decent to eat. Noise doesn't bother us but it is quite noisy as it overlooks the rail tracks. But the interior is great, clean, spacious, all you need for just a 1 night stay, just the location is not great if you are passing through in a car, better to find somewhere on the outskirts probably.

Difficult to park car, if you have 4x4 so be warned. Moved from first room because of smell of smoke. Next room was double bed with single sofa bed. Couple of lights didn’t work. Dirty net curtains, dirty windows. Tram station next to hotel, train other side - very noisy. We chose hotel because they accepted dogs. NO AIRCON in rooms - temp 31.6! Eventually gave us a fan but still hot. Breakfast ok, but staff weren’t bothered about topping up scrambled egg, bacon and one other item that we never got to see - enough for three people max. If you like pastries, bread etc plenty of that. Yoghurt was good. We stripped the linen when we left, pillows & duvet needed a clean.

This a lovely, clean apartment block. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The facilities were excellent and the shower powerful. I would definitely stay here again. For travellers, it is right next door to the train station and if you are driving the paid parking is extra secure.

The parking, which for me is very important, was not as advertised.
