I wish I had read the reviews on other booking sites not just the ones on Expedia. The reviews on those other sites are more in line with this hotel. A) there is definitely a sewage smell in the rooms B) rooms need some TLC. C) the mini fridges not working is a known issue D) there were no comforters in the room E) while beyond their control - cable was out and the room we were in didnt have a smart tv where we could stream from our phones F) while they did have toiletries in the shower the bottles were empty We didn’t complain nor were we asked how was out stay at check out. Needless to say we will not be booking this hotel in the future. On the positive side there's lots of art work which makes their lobby very interesting.

Room wasn't ready for check in until 4, room bathroom had not been cleaned, was told only one housekeeper and wasn't cleaned and ready until 6:30P, next day housekeeping was at front door at 9A.

Wonderful weekend get away. The hotel was unique and in a perfect location. The staff were wonderful, and made you feel welcome. The room could have been a little cleaner and some of the minor cosmetic repairs could gave been done with a little more craftsmanship. The windows could use a good cleaning, to improve the already excellent view. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in downtown Cinci.

This was supposed to be the highlight of my wife’s weekend but was an overall subpar luxury hotel. best thing about the hotel is location

Generally a good stay with some inconsistencies. Room was okay but could have been cleaner. Carpet and other details seemed a bit old and frayed. Neighborhood was fine, though sketchy late at night. Pet-friendly, which was good. Solid but would focus on updating the rooms.

Unique boutique hotel. Clean. The rooms were nice but worn. Carpeting in the hallway was worn and torn.

Certainly not a 4 star hotel. Carpet and furnishings were worn and dirty. Bathroom was nice.
