This was by far the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Switzerland. If you are traveling from the United States, especially with children who are used to air conditioning, do not stay in these apartments during the summer. There is no air conditioning, and the only solution offered was an old fan. We barely slept because the apartment became unbearably hot at night. When we arrived, there was not a single towel in the apartment. We had to pay extra just to receive towels. Charging extra for such a basic necessity is unacceptable. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the oversized pillows made sleeping even worse. On top of that, housekeeping was not included unless you paid an additional fee. During our stay, we found an insect in the bed, and my wife developed a severe skin rash on both of her arms. I have photos to document this. I was not planning to leave a negative review, but on the day we checked out, a staff member noticed how unhappy we were and asked what had happened. She requested my contact information and said someone would get in touch. As expected, nobody ever contacted us. I cannot comment on the hotel rooms because we stayed in the apartments. However, based on our experience, I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, this accommodation turned what should have been a wonderful family vacation into a very disappointing experience.

We rented an apartment. The apartment does not come with made up beds. The resort charges an extra CHF 10 per bed to make it. The towels are also not included and an additional CHF 10. When we arrived I was honestly very annoyed by all the additional fees. We also assumed that all the amenities are included, but they are not. Extra charges for horse back riding, go cart, high ropes.. the only thing that was included was the pool, but again the towels for the pool cost extra. They also expect you to take the trash out, strip the beds and clean the dishes before you leave. The restaurant Panorama is very overpriced and the food quality does not align with the price. I would recommend NOT eating at that restaurant. Now to the things we did enjoy. The kids loved Tom’s indoor play area. Super fun for my 1 and 5 year old. The pool area was amazing for the kids and we spent several whole days just in the pool area. The apartment was great with kids. We stopped at Aldi in town and got groceries. It was way easier with the kids to cook breakfast and the occasional lunch in the room. Keep in mind the kitchen in the apartment is very sparsely stocked. We had salt and pepper, some utensils, plates and cups. While there is a coffee maker, the nespresso pods are not included. I would stay here again, but definitely plan on eating dinner in Brunnen (Haddock was our favorite restaurant). And plan on bringing groceries.

Better than expected, actually. I stayed here for one night as a base camp before Stoos. It worked out well. Great room layout, helpful staff, free parking, good breakfast (7:30) and close to the cable car for Stoos. The room even had a balcony. Lots of kids but that was expected. The only rub is that they need more staff at reception. One person was handling multiple guests. Great place. Thanks!!

Amazing place and amizing scenery

Room was tiny with no air conditioning but the property is wonderful and the views are amazing!!

Up all night from kids and people running around. Originally thought we booked a hotel room, turns out we had to share a bathroom.

the hotel room is v dated and dark and not non smoking . when i check in my room , its full of heavy and disputing smells fr smoking and also on the balcony full of other guests smoking . the carpets is v dirty too. i didn't enjoy the stay

The resort has good breakfast choices. The mountain views are beautiful.

Just in size small

I wasn't able to go because of a medical emergency and they refused to change the date so lost my money and mussed opportunity to go.

Everything was wonderful. It is a beautiful place with scenic surroundings.Only suggestion is if you want to book go on their hotel website as they said expedia does hide few things about them and if you are making reservation through expedia then you are only hotel guest not resort guest ( means not all the activities are included and you have to pay for them seperately).

Great place to stay, especially with kids!

We hiked Stoos and this was a great location. All the trail signs in the nearby hills were so lovely. Pricey to eat here, but that is all of Switzerland. A great stop!

The pool area, kids room, and children’s buffet were great for our 3 year old, but the room at the hotel lacked AC so we could not sleep well as it was very hot.

Excellent Hotel

Wonderful location with fabulous amenities and very friendly staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The property has lots of entertainment options and is walkable to a few different restaurant options. Lovely location with easy bus access to Brunnen.

Was not very impressed by this property. They charge you to rent towels andthey don’t even make the beds. The restaurant charges for tapwater. They just don’t treat you like a guest and it’s very inconvenient and annoying to be nickel and dime for every little thing. The pool was overly packed with people. The location is gorgeous and kids loved the playground

The property is located in a beautiful area, surrounding the alps. But We had issues with how it was presented on expedia, it is advertised as a resort, but when we got there, they put us in what they called as a holiday home. No towels/ toiletries were provided, we had to find a store to buy some toiletries. we had to clean the room and take out trash before we left. I don’t have any problem doing these things, but then don’t call it a resort. The pool is not located in the same building as the rooms and is not very easy to get it, we didn’t get to use it at all. The on site restaurant Siam had really good Thai food.
