Very Helpful Staff. The Breakfast was also wonderful.

The hotel was nice and the room was average, it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. I just wish breakfast was included. It is R$54. I didn’t realize when I payed or j would have chosen a different location.

I love staying at Ibis. Extremely friend and courteous staff. Great breakfast. Small but cute place.

Very noisy property, even during the night. If you enjoy taking some rest during the afternoon be prepared for conversations in the hallway (by staff) and loud smartphone notification sounds.

This is a great affordable Ibis, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted, we enjoyed the beach, breakfast was great and they had everything we needed. We spent just one night but I definately would stay longer if needed.

Staff is polite, breakfast ok , location excellent, property itself bad. Rooms are outdated, cheap, uncomfortable. Very inexpensive so it’s a great pick for someone on a budget.

This is not wonderful place. I found cockroach at my bed. I return to the lobby and request to change, they transfer me to more terrible room. Please , I’m expidia customer and this is not acceptable.

We had a great time. our one and only problem was we only were provided towels for Showering, but not for washing our face. It's possible it was just missed by the cleaning staff. On a positive, the staff was also super helpful and we would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and keep coming back. The location is great and it keeps the Ibis Hotel standards. I will surely stay there in my next trip to Vitória.

My stay was better than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, tons of choices and very fulfilling. The hotel is right on the beach, all you need to do is cross the street. There are plenty of stores and restaurants around, walking distance which made everything much easier. Would definitely stay again. Staff is multilingual, which was nice.

All very good. Just one issue - the access to the parking is terrible (turn required to access extremely tight) and needs work to change.
