It was our first time to Xalapa and booking here definitely was the right choice. Clean room, great staff, big breakfast variety. Only downside was our outlet in the bathroom had water damage, this didn’t affect our stay at all though. Definitely would book here again when re-visiting!

The room smelled like mold, the floor was coming out from what looks like wetness.

El hotel no está mal, pero tampoco es la mejor opción de la zona. El staff no es amable, pero tampoco hace groserías. El desayuno es lo que definitivamente se lleva la corona al peor que he comido jamás… huevos revueltos de mal aspecto y fríos, chilaquiles con salsa verde incomible de lo ácida que está, frijoles sin sabor y la variedad está para llorar, por 59 pesos puedes pedir platillos tipo waffles, pero ya no nos quisimos arriesgar al mal sabor.

Property is in an area close by shopping and dinning options. The hotel is in poor conditions. The rooms in the back are very noisy. You could hear the sound of a night club until early morning. The room was not very clean and some areas of the floor were broken.
