Excellent property

Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly. It’s in a convenient area. Very clean

Very nice location and prime property in central Panama ! The only thing I didn’t like is they charged fees for delivering food to your room which I haven’t experienced and there was an issue with breakfast although my reservation had breakfast included otherwise great amenities too.

Great location, only complaint was my water was not hot enough.

Love staying here! Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is outstanding and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Nice location in sade neighbourhood.

The pool was not clean for my expectations. So I could not swim 😟. The breakfasts was excellent 👍. The room was nice an clean.

The rooftop pool was nice and the buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh tropical fruit, breads, cereals, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, juices, coffee, and more. Room was nice, quiet, and comfortable with nice AC and lovely ambiance.

The hotel exceeded my expectations & the staff were very hospitable. I also loved the convenient location of the hotel since it was located walking distance from a lot of food places & shopping places

Check in was fine as usual but there was no hot water (plumbing issues). We said no worries just a couple free drinks. I was given a $15.00 credit voucher . However I would have received that voucher anyway from Wyndham rewards and would have used it towards lunch or dinner at the hotel. So even though they said yes we will give you a voucher for free drinks they actually only gave me my Wyndham voucher. Maybe they thought we wouldn't see that it was a Wyndham rewards.

People are very friendly. We love each place we went to in Panama as well. The hotel is highly recommended. The food is great in the restaurant as well and cheap.
