Hotel room is terrible, it’s old, smelly, stay elsewhere. Breakfast is also not great, one big dish of scrambled eggs and that’s it from hot food. WiFi does not work, tried to work on laptop and without success. Staff is nice and helpful. The price is ridiculous for place like this!

Stayed at the hotel for one night after a long day journey. I was expecting a more comfortable bed rather than a orthopaedic 'hospital type' bed.

I checked into this hotel at midnight after a long days travelling - the staff was very friendly. However, after i arrived in my room i found food and drink in the fridge and also on the table presumably from previous occupant. There was a bag of open sugar and half a bottle of 7 Up so hardly welcome gifts.... Not a great example of cleaning in COVID times

Really polite and welcoming staff - the place itself has a real quirky feel to it with the indoor garden and London red Bus in the main hall.

Lovely location.. room condition fair, bed not very comfortable, shower tray very small with curtain .. water shower pressure very low.. & no soap even to wash at sink.. Tv channels very clear to view No desk to work Internet connection very good Breakfast excellent

Had no other choice but to stay here but wouldn't stay here again. Too noisy. Rooms were through a bowling alley in a very noisy atrium. People were talking on the balcony next to ours til 3am. Room was clean and comfortable enough but outdated. Personnel friendly. Overall would rate this hotel. 2 1/2 stars.

An out-dated hotel, but the rooms are still comfortable. We paid for our two night stay prior to arrival. On check out, we were repeatedly asked to pay again, despite showing payment confirmation documents. Staff became unfriendly after we showed them we'd paid. Perhaps a record keeping error, unprofessional either way. Would stay elsewhere if possible.

The staff are the main attraction in this hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. Rooms and decor pretty basic, has a bowling alley and an outside stage area, is it a hotel or an amusement arcade ?

There is a limited choice of hotels in Den Helder, with an offshore Heliport nearby so there is always a demand for rooms. The bed was hard with what appeared to be a waterproof mattress protector on the bed. The shower is so small if you leave the curtain closed it clings to you, so I found it best to leave it open. Not all channels were working on the television and I asked at reception if it could be fixed, the young manager said he would come and have a look. I never saw him. Internet was free but slow / connection kept dropping out

Location was a 10 minute walk from the town centre and met my needs for a 3 day business trip. Internet was free and worked in the room as well as the restaurant. The inclusion of a bowling alley and performance centre may detract in season but out-of-season was unused so didn't disturb. Breakfast was stand continental self-servce & fine.

Prima hotel, beetje oud maar wel ok

Apart gebouw dat wel. Soort zalencentrum met een flatgebouw als hotel. Maar wel erg gedateerd. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding niet in verhouding. Personeel wel aardig. Maar ik boek hier niet snel weer.
