Location near Dong Ha market, Coop mart, quick check-in procedure. The only downside is that the piano in the lobby may not be regularly maintained so it is out of tune and cannot be played by guests.

Ksan should adjust the price because it is not appropriate. The lobby was being repaired loudly, the room had rats running around. Too awful. The price is high but the experience you receive is terrible!!!

This is the first time I stayed at this hotel, it is similar to the Saigon Quy Nhon hotel that I often stay at. Very familiar, the staff is attentive and polite. I will stay here again next time. See you again!

Very convenient & central, right next to the National highway 1A, easy to access, old but good maintenance, nice buffet breakfast. Room is very noisy is the only minus point.

Clean, friendly staff, small suggestions for some employees in the breakfast restaurant should pay attention to guests, although crowded guests should arrange the table rather than see guests. He was seen by staff as invisible when guests are crowded and there are no tables. Hopefully the hotel will overcome that weakness.
