Relaxing

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff were incredibly friendly, property was immaculate and THE BREAKFAST - brilliant. We will be back.

Friendly staff, good selection of fresh food, bar drinks reasonable prices rooms and all other areas were very clean and well maintained. Good location for airport and the beach is a 10 minute stroll.

No strong AC. Water went out for an hour. Hallways smelled bad. Cocroaches outside.

I had a meeting at Palma airport so a quick one night stay. Hotel is clean and welcoming, nice pool area and really nice spa. Room was relatively basic but comfortable. The only thing which let it down was breakfast which wasn’t that great, but the food from the pool bar was ok. Really friendly staff.

Everything was excellent

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the beach area which was perfect for us. #23 bus directly opposite hotel (every 30 mins) or #25 (every 10 mins) from the street parallel to beach to Palma. 2E in cash, no cards. Taxi from airport around 20E. The rooms are modern and bright - the sink being in the room was a pain though. Our pool view room was right in a corner meaning the balcony looked onto other rooms rather then being more private - we did get moved room without fuss which was appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was lovely and we never had an issue getting a lounger (either at 1030 or later around 1530) but it did get busy at times. The food truck was nice for lunch and I thought the prices were all v reasonable. There were few children - my daughter at 11 was the only one at the pool one day! - but that suited us perfectly. A few groups of lads/girlie trips but nothing raucous. When going down to the beach area turning left leads to Arenal which is the party zone, but towards the right was a bit quieter. Plenty restaurants to choose from. We were room only but paid one day for breakfast in hotel - it was nice and plenty choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would def consider this hotel again when coming to Palma. PS I’m positive the Expedia website said there was a swim up bar and mini golf - we found no evidence of either 😂 although there was waiter service round the pool.

Amazing hotel, really.

Wir waren zum feiern da, würden aber auch so zum Urlaub machen kommen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht vom Frühstück. Die Auswahl war wirklich sehr groß und sehr gut. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr schön und vor allem die Dusche war sehr groß und schön. Auch wenn der Flur nicht so viel versprechend aus sah, war das Zimmer sehr überzeugend. Rezeption war immer besetzt und sprachen auch alle deutsch. Wir würden dieses Hotel sowohl zum feiern am Ballermann empfehlen als auch zum erholsamen Strand Urlaub.

Great hotel

Very nice, affordable experience. Food was good, plenty of options and cuisines avaliable at breakfast and dinner. Staff were moslty attentative and polite. Rooms are very well designed and clean. Spa area and outside pool are well kept. Gym is very basic but pretty standard/accapatable for a hotel. Being a solo british traveller I was naive to the area being a hot spot for german travellers and party goers. But the hotel is well situated to travel to all the hotspots on the island.

This is a budget hotel. Most guests are young and tattooed. The room aaa clean and ac worked well.

Staff super friendly and location is quiet. I chose this hotel due to VIP access. However our rooms weren’t even on the same floor, i asked but receptionist said not possible. Also no room upgrade, No acknowledgment as Expedia VIP. I had to show proof that we were entitled to a free bottle of wine. We arrived at 1:00am and a cockroach welcomed us in the bathroom!!!

This was an interesting stay not realising the intimacy of the bathroom facilities. Hotel Room is petite with the wash basin being in the main room. The toilet and shower are just off the room with little privacy I was away with a friend and it’s a good thing we have been friends a long time as there was nothing that couldn’t be seen. Only a thin glass door separated you from someone on the toilet Breakfast choice was good and staff friendly

Careful of the cab drivers in the areas when coming back from nights out. What should be a 7 euro trip might be 50 depending on who’s driving.

We were put in an accessible room, no issue. As i had a quick shower, my daughter tells me its flooding. The shower drain was near full clogged. We moved most things up but bedding got wet. Housekeeping came, gave me a dirty look and called manager on duty late at night. How is it my daughter, myself in nothing more than a towel, the male manager and i were trying clean it up. Zero consideration that i was in a towel nd we are cleaning more than anyone else. We kept putting more towels around bed as never soaked it from under there. While manager was very nice, apologetic......thats it?? Skip this place. Much nicer near!!!!workers are a joke and rude!
