Terrible dingy and extremely crammed room. There was hardly any space for us to walk around in the room. This is supposedly a comfort room!

Amazing place! Highly recommended!

Instead of a 5 star resort, the room itself feels like a motel, very basic furnitures, cheap bedding, limited bathroom toiletries. Biggest issue, the hotel restaurants are not satisfying and no other options around the location. We have to get dinners in town which is about 30 min drive away.

loved their breakfast and friendly staff. the outdoor pool looks very nice but didn't have the time to enjoy it. would like to comeback on day for sure.

Great room, excellent facilities, attentive staff. We weren't expecting such an elaborate resort so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.

I asked for 2rooms for 4 adults, when I checked in I got 1 room for 4 adults and double the charge for what I originally wanted. I believed the price I paid was sufficient for 2 rooms. We were in a very uncomfortable situation for me and my friends. The hotel itself was very nice. Food on buffet looked beautiful but the fruit was not ripe, cakes were dry. The second day I had an omelette which was very good. I had an excellent massage at the spa.

I upgraded the room. Big mistake, first hotel never to give complementary water in room. Shower was faulty and flooded bathroom, was ‘ fixed’ but every time someone has a shower the water came through the wall into bedroom/hall way, through switches. I told the staff many times, one just laughed at me?! I don’t understand how they thought water coming through otherside of shower wall was acceptable. Breakfast was good, buffet dinner nice. Monday only choice is buffet dinner, Ubers easy to get to go to different restaurants. Nice foyer, pool (though it was closed 3/4 days we were there) though looked nice. Steam room was good.
