I had reserved a room with a queen-sized bed; however, I was instead assigned a small room on the first floor containing two twin beds. The room was inadequately furnished, and the beds were notably short. Additionally, I later discovered that the rooms in this particular area were reserved exclusively for pet owners. Following my complaint, staff members came to my door and offered to relocate me to an alternate room. Unfortunately, I was already quite fatigued, and it was late.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast blows away anything you would get in an American hotel. The price was very reasonable, considering the location and amenities. The only negative was Uber drivers figuring out how to get around the freeway construction. Some drivers figured it out but others would cancel. So I suggest walking to the other side of the freeway to get an Uber. This hotel is located in a very safe area and walking to Parque de la 93 where is a lot of restaurants was easy. I highly recommend!

Great location, the construcción in front the hotel is not convenient when you call a Taxi or Uber. Good breakfast and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is great. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The area is safe. However, it's not a central location. It was far away from many of the places we needed to go. The breakfast was excellent. In all, a very good hotel for what you pay.

Muy bien localizado, en una zona optima para quien necesite moverse en el norte de Bogota. Recomendable

This hotel is not what I expected. Too expensive for a micro room with mold arround the windows and seems very very used room. Semms more like a motel than a hotel. WOuld not recommend it to any friend. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET!

The breakfast can be improve

I really didn´t like my stay at this hotel. At arrival, I asked if I could do an early check in, and I was told it is impossible. Check in at 3:00pm (finally they gave me the room keys at 14:15). Room floor need restoration! Try a shower at 9:30pm and the water was could. After 10 min waiting to for the water to get hotter, I ask reception. Guy come tom my room, check it and said it will be hotter in the morning! To finalize, showr water was very weak, so bad shower.

No hot water to shower. No heat in the room No television service The couch in the room was filthy The staff acted as if they did not know that there was no hot water and no heat in the room.

They refused to upgrade sating the hotel was full but I dint feel it was

1-Breakfast is pretty bad. T2-he carpet in the hallway is extremely dirty. 3-the floors in the room are in a very bad shape. The mattress extremely uncomfortable.
