Hotel lobby looks nice but front glasses doors are stained, dirty Pro: the Air conditioning is the best thing very cool. Pool full of leave Sunday at 11:30 Am and mosquitoes- we ran back to our rooms. Beds are good Breakfast okay too much grease, not so healthy Negative Bathroom so so clean but not really hot shower it took 20 minutes and it was never really hot and we checked in late at night and I called front desk, they sent an useless maintenance man because I was 4 nights and it was never hot, lame hot water system at room #3 Coffee, front desk especially an young white girl I asked to change my rooms she never fallow up with an phone call or when she saw me walking by, Alex at breakfast was very friendly and attentive same as Salon and the spa staff Oliver hair stylist was great, professional, he did a great job with my color and Dalia Facialist did awesome facial extraction and lighting therapy to my teenage he has acne that was the best part of our stay also Byron front desk book me an driver and lady on an car rental good price with the Managua airport rental cars.

Our stay at Casa del Consulado was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated every single day. Charming and beautiful hotel in a great location- easy to walk to all the sites in Granada. Very friendly staff. Excellent cooked to order breakfast.

No clean room no parking,

The staff was great, very friendly. They had great suggestions for restaurants and what to do while in Granada. The rooms were neatly clean. Definitely we are coming back. The Manager Lizbeth was very pleasant.

Our stay was great from start to finish! Firstly, the location is walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, the market, etc. every staff member we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We booked the superior suite and the room/bathroom was spacious and clean. We also had hot water which was something we didn’t always find in Nicaragua! And finally the breakfast every morning was lovely. I would 100% recommend and stay at this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally attentive and always willing to help with anything I needed. The food was delicious, although breakfast options were somewhat limited. However, there are plenty of great places nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The hotel was spotless and felt very safe. Best of all, it’s centrally located within walking distance of everything. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
