Very tired hotel but with an excellent spa. Little in the area. Good bed.

Staff brilliant, Didier on reception excellent and Didier and Valerie in restaurant exceptional, qarm, welcoming and a joy to meet.

I use this hotel frequently and always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and the trouble they go to to make my stay special...even when on business Highly recommended always Room 32 All this week 22/09/2025 to 26/09/2025

The excellent staff went a long way to overcome the problems caused by the broken lift.

Great place

It wasn’t bad it was just very far from the city and there is not much around the property. Not a lot of restaurants or anything to do. The only thing good is that it’s close to the stadium

Decent location for business travelers. Could only use the pool with a reservation which was odd.

Was only here for 2 nights, but the front desk was lovely the breakfast was plentiful and the rooms were clean. A bit far from the "main" part of the city but a small inconvenience. Lovely stay.

Friendly staff, amazing spa, room was clean and cosy. Minus for the lack of towel holder next to the sink. Chairs in the room were uncomfortable. Restaurant on site was delicious. Breakfast buffet had a large selection of cheese and pastries, bread, cereals etc.

There was no restaurant or bar open on Sunday despite many people being there for the rugby match on Sunday night.

In average the place was decent but the shower wasn’t very clean and found a lot of black hairs stuff between the bottom sheet and the mattress… staff was ok

Hotel is nice. Nothing extra ordinary. Spa was a nice additional.

Stayed 1 night after an incoming overnight flight. This clean hotel made us feel like a home away from home. We had a great breakfast and everyone at the hotel front desk and restaurant was helpful and responsive.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere so there's nothing to do, not even a sports screen in the so called lounge area. Bar is never open, dining here is hard work. I see now why so many customers were using just eat deliveries. Nice hotel but nothing special
