As we entered we found bottles littering in the balcony and when asked the female employee said "it is only cleaned upon request" Toilet wasn't clean at all. Bathroom tub was broken and not once maintained. TV wasn't working and had to call an engineer. This is all about Room 2928 (executive room) If you are going to be comparing this to Gurgaon Branch then you will disappoint yourself. Gurgaon branch is way too good. Good thing about here is the gym and the steam room. Some of employees are really good. Good heart. 1) minakshi (varanasi) 2) gym instructor These are the people who did make a difference. Cheers
