Staff was very helpful. The one dinner I had there was quite good for being free. Be aware that unless you’re driving to and from the hostel every day it’s quite a hike up the hill from the road. In the winter it’s slick. The room was adequate but my biggest complaint is the shower curtain wasn’t long enough to keep water from flowing onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying Overall though a decent cheap place to stay.

Not friendly service

We first stayed here as the Bella Lui Hotel but it is now run by a youth hostel organisation. It has lost the charm of the private hotel and is now, because it is a hostel, more functional. The period furniture and ornaments have been replaced by standard facilities. However, the staff are very helpful and location is the key - within walking distance of Crans centre with some amazing views. But the breakfast is the big disappointment. It was wonderful but is now barely adequate. A small selection of breads, cheeses, meats, cereals and yoghurt and that's it. They are exactly the same every day with no variation at all. They will not even do you an egg (I did ask). It might be OK for a couple of days but after a week I was desperate for something else. Overall it is still worth a visit, but please do not be influenced by reviews more that 12 months old - it is now a very different place.

Stayed for a week which went all too quickly. Staff both friendly and very efficient. Muriel and Franz extremely helpful with follow-up information and assistance. Good breakfast and had one dinner which was excellent. Central for everything, but tucked away in a quiet spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Bella Lui. The hotel is of the Bau Haus design, nicely maintained, and very clean.It has an excellent situation (half way between Crans and Montana) with stunning views. Breakfast was good-delicious fresh bread, eggs one could boil to taste, cheeses...The muesli could have been more interesting -Bircher muesli would be nice. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, first class.

To be clear this is not a luxury boutique hotel (but the views are worth a million bucks). What it is though is an amazing value with friendly and super helpful staff. I took a side trip form a business meeting in Geneva to play in the Alps. This hotel is between Crans and Montana and each village (and lift station) is about a five to seven minute walk. The rooms are small but sufficient and I might go for a bigger one and bring the family next year.

Pretty much all I wanted from my stay in Crans-Montana; this is not a luxury hotel, but it's impeccably clean, it has everything you need, is located close to everything in the town, and the staff are very kind and helpful. Plus, my room on the fourth floor had a great view.

Hotel advertises' sauna 'but please be aware that you will be charged CHF 30.00 per each use, not very nice as you only find out about it at the checkout

Sehr schönes Gebäude im Bauhaus-Stil (ehem. Sanatorium), schön und zentral gelegen. Die Doppelzimmer sind sehr, sehr klein, verfügen aber über einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf See und Berge. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Allerdings kann es etwas lauter im Haus werden wenn Jugendgruppen dort nächtigen....

Gut, cool, halt wenig Luxus, essen so lala Gibt aber gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Cooles Personal

L'auberge de jeunesse est tres bien localisée et est globalement propre. C'est un hébergement bon rapport qualité / prix. Cependant c'est dommage que certains membres du personnel ne portent pas correctement (voire pas du tout) de masque en cette période de Covid.
