Check in was easily online but had to keep to the 3pm time slot. Luggage was keep in the storage facility so perfect. Breakfast was lovely & great location. Rooms were small but ample for making this hotel a good base in Marseille city centre & only a 9-12 minute walk from the bus/train station.

The stay was okay overall, mainly thanks to the free coffee, but several things were disappointing. The room was extremely tiny, the pillows were very uncomfortable, and the hairdryer didn’t work. What frustrated me most was the lack of flexibility from the staff - they wouldn’t allow check-in even 30 minutes before 3 PM. Hospitality and customer service could definitely be improved.

In a great location, quiet and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. A little bit on the old side but great value for money.

Awesome location with super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is a little run down and breakfast was a challenge with the limited seating. Despite this I would happily stay again.

Great value with very friendly staff and clean room. TV internet (eg. Netflix) did not work and hot water took 10 minutes to get going were my own 2 complaints, otherwise great place for 1-2 nights.

Hotel location very convenient in the heart of the city

This hotel is located walking distances most activities in Marseille.

Very comfortable rooms, comfy beds. The front desk staff were always lovely and greeted us and chatted every time. Lovely people. The hotel is about a 5 min walk to the Port and all the restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was perfect but we aren’t big eaters so my opinion may be biased.

Very good location, walking distance from the Vieux Port. But this also the neighborhood isn’t quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was small but was fine for a short stay. Breakfast was also good.

We had a few days in Marseille with our adult grandson. This hotel is well placed for the old port (Vieux port) area and all the eateries along it, plus a couple of museums. The hotel does offer breakfast ,which we didn't try, but it seemed popular. Tea/coffee is available free at any time. Our room was pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, but I'm not sure if the front desk is manned 24 hours.

Good location of that is walkable to all areas around the port.

Absolutely best value , the location real good , looks new , the bathroom is nice and modern . Even the size of the elevator is big . The breakfast doesn't get better . Cant remember a better breakfast. The front desk clerk was the nicest , from the day shift to the grave yard clerk also extremely nice . From someone as i that takes 25 trips a year it doesn't get better.
