Place was great, location was great

We had a great time, but our room’s electrical outlets were not working properly and the toilet wouldn’t flush without our knowledge of simple plumbing.

Beautiful hotel

Toilets suck to low to ground for person of average height. Im 5’10 felt like i was sitting on the floor. Only other issue was the folks down the hall smoking there pot. Which filled the hallway.

Overall it was a great stay. Very accommodating, and quiet. Peaceful and relaxing.

The Comstack Inn was good, the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Place was beautiful and staff super nice great check in check out.

The bed was extremely comfortable and soft! Building is gorgeous! Will be back!

Not too bad, outdated but clean

Was a comfortable place.

They had a pool, exercise room and arcades - gaming area. The restaurant and bar were great didn't have to drive anywhere.

Nice pool area although a hot tub would have been great. Restaurant in the hotel was ok. Hallways on the 3rd floor were uncomfortably heated (in March). It had to be 80 degrees up there.

Book this for my husband as it's the only hotel close to his work and you needed to spend the night close to avoid driving in a snow storm. The rooms were not very clean which was not the biggest issue, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever. My husband had so much pain in his back the next day at work! The mattresses are very outdated and so are the pillows! He said he would rather drive in the rain or snow next time then spend a night there

Amazing Staff!

Great stay- very nice facility

We had a great time. The team was very accommodating. The kids swam all day. We hung out in the lobby. They have set up very nice. For people to gather and just hang out with family. We listened to our music and had a couple drinks. All of the employees were very friendly and nice to the kids that were running around. They have a little arcade for the kids. We will be back. Oh the beds are the BEST!!

Have been using this property for several years when visiting family. Price has gone way up but services cut back. For example, Was surprised at cost of a glass of wine being $9.00 when menu posts it as $8. No comment from staff when questioned. Breakfast was cut out a few years ago. Bar open minimally and not for breakfast. Unfortunately there are no other choices in downtown area
