This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities. The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial. It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system. The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service. I have all positives to say about this hotel.

Nos hospedamos para una boda en un area cercana. La habitación muy aseada, amplia y linda, más allá de lo que muestra la imagen. El restaurante nos ofrecio buena variedad en 3l desayuno y a su vez, delicioso. Volvería sin dudarlo.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Queretaro. The customer service is always top notch! The hotel is always very clean and well staffed. The breakfast is excellent and it's nice that I can have my family, who lives in Queretaro, come have a nice breakfast with me and they too are treated very well. I haven't stayed at this hotel during the warm months yet so I'm not sure how I would fair without air conditioning (there is no a/c in the rooms, just ceiling fans) but the times that I have stayed, I have not needed it (and I am from Los Angeles where I run my a/c all the time). I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Queretaro.

Habitación en buenas condiciones pero anpesar de que la descripción de la habitación decía que tenía caja de seguridad en la habitación, no tenía y cuando pregunté me dijeron que esa habitación en particular no tenía pero que no se pierde nada. No tiene tampoco frigobar y en nuestro caso era necesario para guardar una medicina. Solo estabamos nosotros en el hotel y aun así nos enviaron a casi la última habitación del hotel, a la 10 de 11. El personal solo eran dos personas pero nos atendieron excelente. El desayuno también excelente. Se anuncia como que tiene alberca y NO tiene. El hotel está dentro de un club de golf y se supone que los huespedes del hotel pueden usar la alberca del club con un descuento. La verdad no averiguamos más porque nos dijeron que no estaba en funcionamiento y además pagar extra por algo que anunciaron como incluído? Está como a 25 min del centro de Queretaro. No es opción si no llevas auto.

La comida Muy buena y la habitación muy bien. Pero nos tocó evento y fue muy ruidoso. La fiesta se escuchaba hasta el cuarto. Y por la mañana s escucha todo el ruido del jardín.

Las instalaciones están bien, básicas pero en buen estado y limpias, sin embargo el servicio es pésimo, el restaurante no funciona todo el día, el bufete se termina en una hora y no cuentan ni con platos para servirse, ni hablar de la comida… La gerente es despota. Nos dieron un vaso roto y nos dijeron aguas que está roto, tómele del otro lado… el agua de la habitación nunca salió caliente. Eran las 3 pm y no habían hecho la limpieza de la habitación, todo mal!
