Lovely staff

It was close to everything we needed, sporting venues, shops and food outlets!

Great for what we needed

We always stay here - the location is close to family: We’ve stayed in different units each time. The 1-bedroom cottage was a great design and suited our requirements perfectly, albeit the cottage itself is a bit tired and in need of some tlc. Unfortunately we couldn’t get the wi-fi to work and couldn’t get the (tiny) tv to log into Netflix etc. So we did a lot of reading in the evenings. Because of the limited reception hours (we were out all day, every day) we never got a chance to report the issue with the internet / wi-fi / TV

One night stay. Cabin was Clean and fresh and suited our purpose overnight. Friendly staff. Would stay again

All good everything available in the cabin. Easy parking access for friends visiting us was appreciated.

Checked in after hours and check out before opening hours on business. Room was extremely noisey with people in above room, cars coming and going up till midnight. When I first entered the room it had a strong unpleasant cleaning smell which was hard to adjust to. There was no hot water so had a 2 cold showers. Would not recommend this place and differently not more than a 2 star accommodation

I've stayed at this property before and was told the wifi was temporarily down, this time, months later it is still unusable. I don't consider this to be temporary. The property is falsely advertised on hotels.com as having free wifi. Also there were ants crawling on all counter tops and on top of that no hot water so this morning we were faced with either having a cold shower or no shower at all.

Older property but clean and comfortable. We have stayed here a few times. Friendly staff.

Super easy check in, cot provided for a fee, we needed somewhere for a night semi close to the airport, young family so the pool was a must, staff were friendly and amenities were just what we needed.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay

Property clean - quite, staff friendly. I will possibly stay there again as close to Rockpool, Carseldine where my husband is a resident.

Confusing for doordash or uber drivers where duplicate numbers. Appreciated help from friendly and efficient staff to help with the issue

Always stay here when flying overseas, all you need at a great price. Friendly girls at reception.

An ok stay , however as with all accomodation of late it is very overpriced . Clean property but very basic .

Thought it was just going to be small cabin, but an actual 1 seperate bedroom cottage awaited us. Very clean and comfortable. Close to boondall entertainment centre sealed the deal. Small shopping centre near by also convenient. Staff at reception friendly and organised. Nothing to hate about this place.

A good overnight stay

We had such minimal bedding in our room, we were extremely cold. With no staff on site after 4pm it’s difficult to get help with anything. The place was conveniently located close to Brisbane entertainment centre but very noisy in the morning.

Stayed in a Standard Cabin with double bed and 3x bunks. No linen on bunk beds (booked for 2x people but planned on using one bunk). Bunks were filthy - crumbs and hair all around and under mattresses. Dog hair all over bottom mattress cover. Staff made no comment or apology about it when informed and asked to clean it. Bedside tables covered in crumbs and dirt. Mould in bathroom. Room wasnt ready for check-in. Tiny space for walking into bathroom next to bed. Inadequate window coverings and no privacy for double bed area. Bright and sunny at 6am with no way to block out light. Overall very disappointing stay and would not recommend at all.
