Staff was friendly. Good size and clean room. However, room was too noisy. The breakfast was great and healthy

There is a tiny pool on the roof and lots of sun. It was a nice surprise. The breakfast buffet has a nice variety of fruit, bread, cheeses and juices. Good coffee machine. The hotel has a late checkout option (rather than paying for an additional 24 hours) which was very helpful as our plane left at 10pm.

We asked for breakfast bags to carry out because we had to leave the hotel before 6am for a day tour. But the breakfast bags contain only two pieces of white breads, nothing else, which were the worst breakfast bags we ever received in our trips.

We arrived at the property very late (about 1am). The staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. One member even went behind the closed bar area and allowed us to purchase a bottle of wine. The hotel seems a little historic with a unique design and beautiful woodwork. The plumbing is not as current as new hotels, which was to be expected. We felt very safe there and the breakfast was fabulous. It is also close walking distance to many areas in Miraflores.

Excellent hotel. One of the better hotels in the Lima area. The hotel restaurant has amazing food of excellent quality. I will definitely stay here again

Nice property. In the center of everything. A little older building but still is got some ambiance to it. Lots of helpful staff from doormen that first greet you to receptionist to cleaning crew to restaurant staff are all super.

Hotels.com sold this as a 4 star hotel. It's not. It is a solid 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, very loud music from a nearby club can be heard late at night.

Rooms old no updated, it’s was imposible to sleep there after 5 hours l call Expedia for refund , the hotel refused it. I had to sleep there with two discotheque making noise until 3 am. Don’t go there. Also when you pay the room they charge you in their own rate ,35 cents more expensive that the normal rate out there . Always the hotel took advantage of you. Total disappointment.

Everything was great, room very comfortable, beds are big. The Staff is excellent, Willie is an employee who makes your stay very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast is a plus, plenty of options. Check-in and check-out are fast. Definitely a place to return
