Overall, we had a nice stay. The room and the bathroom were huge and were cleaned regularly. The AC however, didn't work very well, especially during nighttime (our friends who were staying on the same floor, but in a different unit had the same issue). We could not get the temperature below +22 C on some of the nights, so getting good sleep was not always easy. The food was fine overall, however, we expected more variety of fish and seafood at the main restaurant. It was difficult to get a reservation at certain a la carte restaurants (I was determined and came to relations desk 3 times during the stay, so I got mine) - you can make it for only 3 days in advance. Then some of them are not as good as expected and service feels rushed (we had such experience at Mangal and Brazilian). Asian and Turkish were amazing - both food and service. Coffee was delicious (I drink black, my husband and in-laws - latte), especially across the street from the beach bar's entrance. Entertainment was great. Hardworking and talented! I know, it's not the warmest season (mid-Feb), so water in all the pools was ice cold, except one heated pool in front of the reception building, so everyone tended to stay there, so getting a vacant spot was not always easy. Service was overall good, we haven't noticed any special treatment after tipping staff however :))

Overall we had a great stay. A few niggles in that we hadn’t been told that our room would have exception noise levels at night due to the relocation of entertainment for New Year, the celebrations went on for several days.We were already several days into our stay and didn’t really want to move so we just put up with it but it was insanely loud until very late, which I didn’t expect from a high end resort. We probably wouldn’t choose Rixos again because of this because we were told that they do market specially as ‘the party never ends’ at this time of year. And we hadn’t bargained on an 18-30s type experience. However, food was exceptional, the new year banquet was the most opulent display I’ve ever seen. Resort is beautiful and suite was enormous, if a little tired. Cleaning staff are pushy for good google reviews but they did a reasonable job. Everything else was great. We did a dive/snorkel trip with Pyramid diving from the resort and that was exceptionally well organised and great value

Fantastic stay at the Rixos Sharm El Sheikh - fantastic, large Deluxe King room was worth the upgrade. All the staff were great and polite - genuinely trying to make sure your stay was perfect. All the facilities are great - and the restaurants are all amazing. Stunning food in each one! Highly recommended!

The staff were absolutely amazing – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was incredibly delicious, every meal was a highlight! The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. We truly felt relaxed and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Stay at Rixos Adults Only We stayed at Rixos Adults Only during Christmas with my family, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. You can really feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. The main restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food with multiple options to suit all tastes, and everything we tried was excellent. I would especially like to highlight the manager, Mr. Hassan. He is genuinely humble and leads by example. At one point, we were waiting for coffee while the staff were assisting another guest, and instead of letting us wait, Mr. Hassan personally came and prepared coffee for me and my husband. This small gesture meant a lot and truly reflects the outstanding level of service at the hotel. Overall, Rixos Adults Only exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.

Rixos Sharm El Sheikh is absolutely fantastic! Beautiful rooms, excellent service, and incredible food. The beach, jetty and pool areas are stunning, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Sharm. Thankyou to Dr Amr Ibrahim onsite doctors who were fantastic sorting my dad’s cough and whizzing. Thankyou to Mustafa at guest relations and Ahmed Hamed for house keeping. Akram took the best photos. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and fresh. Nightly entertainment was superb.

We really enjoyed our stay overall — our room was lovely and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The entertainment team was great and we loved the atmosphere in general. However, one thing that felt a bit off-putting was how much of the entertainment, music and DJ sets were focused almost entirely on Russian guests. When I visit Egypt, I expect to experience Egyptian culture, but at times it felt like I had accidentally booked a holiday in Russia instead. As guests from the UK and other Africa countries, we felt a little left out and wished there was more cultural balance. A mix of Egyptian music, international songs and more inclusive entertainment would make the experience feel much more welcoming for all nationalities.

Very clean rooms, excellent service, A wide range of food options, only bad thing about this vacation; sea was rough; so we couldnt enjoy the sea and fishes as we wanted to. Our vacation was in november. Maybe september october could be calm

Excellent hotel! Beautiful beach and very good staff. The food doesn’t quite reach the level of Rixos Tekirova in Antalya, but it’s still great! 😋

Majority of the staff was friendly. i just didnt like there was no consistent level of service you have some that were so nice and others where you felt you were interrupting their cellphone time while they were supposed to be working... ....

Service was more than excellent.. place is gorgeous.. food and dining option was great.. you don’t pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dinning was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service . Expensive food option like Turkish and Brazilian food.. Mina in customer service was a big help.. Alaa Eldeen driving the gulf cart was nice and funny. loved it and i strongly recommend it for any one..

The property is lovely and with the exception of the front desk staff everyone is professional, helpful and polite. Unfortunately where people should be this way they are not -- the front reception Manager does not know how to manage customer complaints, he does not listen or seem to understand how to assist a customer in rectifying issues. The first thing that should be done is to apologize, then aak me what I want, or what I feel would make it better, etc. Don't brush off the customer, make excuses, blow them off and help another customer. Also the way to schedule dinner is also not effective. Beware if you are on a 5 day or less stay be prepared to NOT eat in the restaurant of choice - you can not pre book, like you can with most all inclusives. You may not book until you check in with a room assignment.... good luck.

Hotel is large! Staff are polite and helpful, hotel is immaculate. The dining is not great. We ate in the fish, which was best by far for both dinner & lunch. We also ate at Mangle, Gusto the buffet & the Brazilian. The service at these four restaurants was awful. The food at the palm in the evening was cold, but well presented. Mangle (BBQ) the staff didn’t explain the process so sat there for a while… Gusto, food was ok but plates not cleared after each course and the Brazilian food was ok, staff weren’t that attentive. Premium brand drinks, but cocktails a bit hit and miss. Pool service again was hit and miss. Towels by the pool were better than the towels in the room, which could do with replacing. First time I’ve been AI for a while, & I now remember why I haven’t done it! Sorry to say not the best holiday. Also being so close to the airport you do have a few planes fly over, not constantly about 1/2 dozen each day.
