Had a decent stay experience

Loved this hotel. Convenient, clean and very friendly staff.

We stayed during Halloween season and the decorations were so cool!

Not enough towels in the room when I asked for more I was told they’d bring some, they never did. There were people drinking and hot tubbing had to end swimming early for my grandkids.

Room was spacious and clean. Loved the hot tub. Pool was a little cold and pool area was dark. Had about 3 lights in pool area that were out. Breakfast was nice. Would stay here again

Best place to stay in Dickinson. Everything is fantastic. Breakfast is superb 👌. Rooms are clean. Staff was great.

Very basic breakfast.public areas were not very clean. Fair price.

The hotel was quiet, pool was not over-crowded, and staff were kind and courteous.

When checking in, the man was in his phone watching a video the entire time. The beds were not as advertised. Instead, they were worn out, you could feel the springs and very hard. Breakfast food in the warmers was cold. Not a good experience. Owner had closed the bar early which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay at this hotel.

No complaints. Clean, simple.

Good value for the price

Stayed there for the lounge itself and it wasn’t open. When you walk the hallways they creek. Beds were so terrible worn out. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here

Recently traveled to Dickinson to visit family with my two young children. My husband had to work. I felt safe. Our room was huge and the pool/hot tub was great. Breakfast was nice in the morning as well. I told my husband we will be staying there again! Only con I had was the bed was loud when you moved around but it was comfortable and did the job. Sleeping with the kiddos myself I just had to move cautiously. Lol

The food wasn't to bad but the mattress was very lumpy and there was debris on all the floors. This included the hallways and the room. Plus the lock on exit door did not work to re-enter the building. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was just old, decor and furniture had dinks in them. Hallway carpet needed cleaning. The room was clean, had all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast included was good. Not a bad stay, just could be updated and deep cleaned.

This is rated a 2 star hotel for a reason, old, run down and in need of some attention to detail. Looked like it was a nice place at one time, but now needs attention. Linens are of a condition that I would use for cleaning, not daily use. Floors dirty, trash on the ground outside check-in. Breakfast bar coffee full of grounds and sludge. Would not stay here again. Not sure it was any less costly then newer options

They need to invest some money into this property or pay to get some good staff. Everything but the lobby is filthy. Halls are dirty, pool area had dried food and mud all over the floor this morning so it obviously wasn't cleaned last night, walls are chipping, exhaust vents are full of dust, windows are disgusting & falling apart. Bed was a hard as a rock... from past experience, only some of the rooms have pillow top mattresses, others are old, hard, noisy box springs. Bar and restaurant wasn't open all weekend for some reason. Will not return as it's not worth the money!!
