Very efficient friendly service. Hadcstayed there before, hence the repeat booking. Excellent location in the town. Will definitely use again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was popular and offered a varied menu. The room was clean and tidy. Above all it was very good value for money.

Swift, friendly check-in, complimentary beverages in fridge a welcome extra. Bathrooms good, room dated but comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Adjacent restaurant good.

I stayed 2 nights and slept well both nights. First night was late check-in and had to collect my key from the safe as you enter the building, easy and no worries. Breakfast was standard and breakfast staff were friendly. I would return on my next trip.

Good for Papenburg town. Had a meal with a colleague in the hotel restaurant but it didn't have debit card facilities and wouldn't allow charges to be added to the room. Ended searching for a cash machine in Papenburg on a rainy night. Not ideal.

Just an OK hotel for a night, good breakfast.

Good location in pretty town of Papenburg. My stay involved the visit to Meyer Werft shipyard which is a very interesting experience. Staff at hotel friendly and attentive. Breakfast was nicely presented continental.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff in Papenburg

There is now none German TV stations, none of the international stations like CNN, BBC Sky News. Staff is very friendly, the internet is weak when there is many on it at the same time, good location of the Hotel

I stayed in Parkhotel for one night in October and paid reasonable price. The hotel is clean and quiet. It's located abut 7-8 minutes walk from the City Hall. The main street of the town is even closer - just a few blocks away. The shortest way to the main street will lead you derectly to cafe Mozart that I recommend. Railway station is about 25-30 minutes walk. My room was spacious and clean. Convenient bathroom with large and deep tub. Cold breakfast buffet included. I did not notice air conditioning, so it may be an issue in summer but for October this hotel is just perfect. Staff is friendly, helpful and speak English. I can recommend this hotel.

Not the best hotel in Papenburg, but it is reasonable. Accommodation comfortable, breakfast a bit too traditional but you won't starve. Restaurant next door fairly good. Overall it works if you are on a business trip, but I'd be disappointed if I was on holiday.

Everything worked as expected. Breakfast OK, but not too much choice. Rooms really need air conditioning in hot weather. OK for a business trip or 1/2 night holiday stay.

Very Friendly staff

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat einen Vertrag mit dem örtlichen Fitnessstudio mit einer guten Geräteausstattung und ca. 200 m entfernt ist.

Gutes Zimmer, ausreichend geräumig, sehr ruhig, tolles Frühstück mit vielen Auswahlmöglichkeiten, sehr freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Lage. Zu Fuss überall hin in wenigen Minuten. Auch die Busstation für die Premiumtour zur Meyers Werft ist in 1-2 Minuten entfernt - absolut empfehlenswert. Zimmer mit Parksicht war nicht wie gebucht. Das Frühstück war hingegen sensationell gut - Bravo!

Zentral! Matratzen etwas durchgelegen! Frühstück super, Personal auch! Zeitweise etwas wenig Platz zu den Frühstückszeiten!
