The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate.

The hotel is a good deal and the staff are very friendly. However, options around the hotel are limited, especially after dark.

The building should be fumigated, there are so many disgusting cockroaches. You should stop showing this hotel on your page. I have pictures to prove if you guys need

The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

Hotel péssimo. Estrutura física velha e mal cuidada. Cama extremamente desconfortável, roupa de cama e banho sujas. Nos corredos dos quartos tem naftalina espalhada por todos os cantos, o cheiro é horrivel. O chuveiro do quarto nao esquentava. Solicitei que fosse feita a troca da roupa de cama e fui tratada por um dos funcionários com deboche. Ao lado do hotel existe um prédio abandonado com vários focos de água parada (risco de dengue), além da região do mesmo ser cheia de moradores de rua e usuarios de droga nas imediações. Foi uma péssima experiência, não consegui ficar até o final da hospedagem, desistindo da mesma e buscando outro hotel. As fotos não coincidem com a realidade. Não recomendo.

Quartos completamente diferente das fotos. Prédio do hotel antigo, aparenta não ter manutenção e limpeza, fazem apenas o básico para poder funcionar, se tiverem mesmo alvará pra funcionar. Muito ruim mesmo.

A equipe de funcionários é muito boa. O quarto estava limpo, mas apareceu uma barata.

O hotel é horrível ! Começa que em frente tem um rio poluído,o café da manhã é péssimo,o chuveiro dar choque,o elevador tem um buraco,o banheiro não tem tomada,os dias que fiquei o quarto não foi limpo e os funcionários não são nem um pouco simpático.

Fiquei no quarto com ar mas com a vista para uns casarão velhos a limpeza razoável o café da manhã ótimo e a recepção foi prefeita 24h
