Far away from the heart of Pattaya. Walk more than 1km. Prices are cheap so do not say more about the service.

Budget hotel cheaper and comfortable. It's easy for travel in Pattaya. I like Pipo Bulldog in this hotel, I love Pipo.

He let me wait for the check in on the 19th, at 1:00 am, I checked out at 12.30 am on the 20th. The staff charged me another 100 baht saying that I was checking out. I do not understand why. Staff was very friendly, good location, rooms was not very clean, breakfast ok.

I feel like stay in dormitory, too many rules even charging phone in lobby I have to pay 20baht. No food & drink from outside. I cannot receive any guest in my room.

The location is very strategic. But the service is not good, breakfast is provided at 9, and a limited menu. Many regulations such as staying in a hostel, charging HP in the lobby should pay. The bathroom was dirty, the sink was jammed.
