The hotel recorded the room as sup class. Not deluxe king as on booking. The actual picture is not the same as the description. The customer is very angry. Request OTA to give an explanation about this.

I think this is a 2* hotel. The perfect reviews are probably seending. The room was very normal, we were on the 2nd floor and woke up at 6am to the smell of the food they were cooking. Boring.

In terms of comfort and accessibility, the hotel's location is excellent. Cleanliness is also good, and check-in times are flexible. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom, as the water drainage was blocked.

The room was very dirty, when I checked in the bed sheet still had hair that was not spread carefully, the bathroom had hair on the floor, the sink drained very slowly, I told the staff the next day but it was not fixed, the shower was stained yellow and looked terrible. For a 4 star hotel, that is terrible for customers, not to mention when I checked in on the 1st floor at 11pm, the lights were turned off and it was quite dark, it did not feel welcoming and respectful towards customers at all.

Very good location, many coffee shops around like Starbucks, Katinat, Phuc Long, foods also Banh Mi Huynh Hoa, near Ben Thanh Market around 5 mins walk only.

The hotel called at 5:45 pm to cancel the room and asked to find another hotel, even though I had asked them to check in by phone since 2 pm. They even sent me my ID card and all. Doing business is so dishonest

Convenient location, but the refrigerator is broken, the TV can't be watched, the balcony view is ok but it smells like sewer, very smelly, in general, you can't use all the amenities as shown in the picture.
