Hotel budget and minim facility (please more clean$)

The room's interior and furnishings were terrible; the air conditioner was leaking, and there wasn't enough light.

Guests assigned to the 7th floor had to take the elevator to the 6th floor and then carry their luggage up the stairs to the 7th floor. The stairs were tiny. The sheets, blankets, and pillows were all dirty. The furniture was old and worn… The room was not clean. The electrical outlets were loose and unsafe.

Don't choose this place, the rooms don't look like the advertisement. I accepted losing the money for two nights' rent to find somewhere else. The space is cramped, and they had guests staying from the 29th to the 4th, yet they said there was no one to clean the rooms. The first floor is used for massage services.

They hung up the guests' underwear in the restroom beforehand, and the floor was so dirty that my feet turned black.

The room is relatively clean and has quite complete amenities, suitable for going out in the morning, coming back to sleep and shower at night. The room is centrally located, a 5-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, and near a minimart, making shopping convenient.

We booked two rooms, but only received one room that smelled strongly of medicine and didn't even have a pack of tissues.

Too bad, the room is dirty, the TV and air conditioner are broken. It smells so bad that spraying too much perfume makes me feel nauseous. Oh, and the lights are broken Everyone please stay away from me, it's a waste of money and health huhuhuuuu

Not bad for that price, quite comfortable too.

The hotel is in the center with reasonable price. Quite ok.

Clean room, friendly staff

If you just need a crash pad for a few hours, this place does the job. I only booked it for 6 hours ‘cause I landed in HCM around midnight and was moving to a proper hotel the next morning. So yeah, went for the cheap option. Checked in around 2am and asked for late check-out till 1pm — nope, they wanted 100,000 VND per hour 😅 (hotel was literally empty tho). The hotel starts from the 2nd floor ‘cause the 1st floor is a salon… not super comfy having to walk past salon guests, but luckily no one was there. Location-wise, it’s central, so finding food is easy. But… the bed was rock hard, bathroom walls had mold, furniture falling apart, and the hallway to my room was just messy with trash that stayed there overnight 🙃. At least there’s an elevator, so going upstairs was fine. Overall: for the price, it could be better. Works if you just need a quick nap spot, but I wouldn’t stay again — way too many better hotel options around Saigon.

Horrible - I booked a 2-bed room for my aunt's family, but when we got there, the room was nothing like the picture, and the app wouldn't give us a refund, so my family had to run away. The room was very damp, smelled musty, and was in serious disrepair.

No working table in the room. The room is in poor facilities condition. However, room price is attractive.
