I stayed on the 9th floor, the river view room was quite nice, spacious, the room smelled very good, had a private bathroom and full amenities.

The rooms are clean, tidy and new, cleaned every day. There is hot water but the wait is a bit long. Soundproofing between rooms is good but the noise from the hallway can be quite loud. Overall, I like it, I have stayed here several times.

The receptionist's room support was not good. I stayed for 2 nights but after the first night, after 4pm on the second day, my room still had not been cleaned. I did not leave any notice in front of the room door, so cleaning is required before 2pm every day. But at 4pm my room still had not been cleaned even though I stayed at the beginning of the week, Da Nang is in the rainy season so there are not many guests.

Dirty, moldy, rotten. Staff indifferent to guests. Elevator broken, can't be pressed. Staff ignore guests. Room smelled so bad I had to leave at night. Lived in Da Nang for 5 years and now come back and still encounter this. Stop immoral seeding.

The toilet was clogged, fixed it but it's still clogged

pros : The room is good enough, it's spacious ( I can see Han river and dragon bridge from my room ). it's very close to airport, approximately 7 minutes by grabcar. the hotel's staff are friendly( they can speak English ). a lot of vegan store near the hotels( I'm a vegan ). very close to Han river. the free breakfast is delicious. internet is fast, they even provide PC for guests in lobby. cons : shower need to wait several minutes for the hot water. AC too cold (for me, set to 30 still feel cold)

Keep the car is not very sympathetic. Breakfast was pretty good
