The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels.

Beautiful property

Staff was very helpful, hotel was lovely, the swimming pool and spa was great. The town was very safe and friendly and railway station was only a short walk where you can get a free train to Luxembourg city etc.

Nice rooms, but beds did not have a fitted sheet between flat sheet and mattress protector, so you had to sleep in contact with either the mattress protector or the comforter. I asked for a fitted sheet, but none was provided.

Big, beautiful room , and quiet. That was good. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Like others said, I was never able to log on to the Internet. Parking was free. Hotel was a bit difficult to find. Overall well worth the price.

Nice and luxurious hotel in the centre of Clervaux. Pity about the AC and the pillows, otherwise this hotel would have perfect.

Our room was on the first floor with 5 windows over looking the buzy square. I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. You had to close the curtains to get dressed or if coming in or out of the bathroom. It would be simple to put up privacy curtains or frosted glass. This aspect spoiled our stay.

An amazing hotel

Lovely location from which to explore northern Luxembourg.

Had a great stay over Easter Weekend. Lovely hotel and town! The room was nicer than expected (we had a Junior suite). Breakfast was good. The only downside was the pool/spa was very crowded. I would definitely stay again the next time in in the area.

Had a great stay as usual. The pool and the sauna were open despite the measures. The rooms are very classy.

The hotel, room, and staff were all exceeding of our expectations. The room was comfy, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. The pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing. The pool was a bit small and seemed to struggle to accommodate the amount of people there. There was a slight hiccup with housekeeping not having our room ready by 15:00 but the lady checking us in went out of her way to make sure we were still happy and comfortable while we waited an additional 15 or so minutes. It really wasn't an issue.
