The hot river was the most natural experience I had at this trip

Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

The service is horrible! The staff is very impolite. The only good thing is the river which crosses the hotel . Just horrible, horrible and horrible!!

The hotel does not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc...only bar soap but very small. If you need to consume anything, you need to make a deposit which is outdated system. If you need to use your credit card to make a deposit to charge the consume card and if you do not consume the entire amount you made the deposit, the hotel won't refund you. I hated staying there.

Café da manhã muito bom, em um local com vista rio quente maravilhoso.

A melhor parte do hotel é o acesso ao rio. A área verde é maravilhosa, limpa, é um ótimo lugar pra relaxar e ir com crianças. O quarto entrega o que se propõe, é limpo e espaçoso. Roupa de cama, travesseiros e camas boas. As áreas comuns do hotel não são tão limpas e o ponto negativo foi o café da manhã que fica abaixo do esperado.

O quarto estava limpo, já perdi as contas quantas vezes estive aí. A unica coisa ruim dos quartos é por não terem microondas e alguns utensílios de cozinhas básicos como: pratos, talheres e copos.

O local agradavel, boas opções de refeição. As instalações muito boas e várias opções de diversão.

A equipe de colaboradores é gentil, as camas confortáveis e o café da manhã maravilhoso. Gostei da localização também.

Apenas o ar condicionado estava vazando água mais o restante tudo certo

Gostei bastante da minha estadia, o apartamento estava super limpo e organizado. O único problema foi no ar-condicionado da sala que ficou vazando quando ligava, mas não foi um problema pois o clima estava fresco.

Ar condicionado sem funcionar,chuveiro queimado,atendimento da administracao grosseiro e debochados.

Quarto espaçoso e bem limpo. Café da manhã agradável. O ruim é internet (não funciona mesmo) e muito barulho.
