We had a great stay at the hotel. It is so centrally located to everything and within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

Great room, great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps. Loved our stay.

Room was "average". Small & cramped, but evidently somewhat normal for being in City Center. Property located in a narrow alley - hard to find. For the price, a breakfast offering should have been provided - there was nothing. Upon checkout, we were charged a "tip" for daily room service. What is this?! Are not hotels supposed to clean the rooms every day? Nickel and dimed too much.

Wonderful hotel. Great location, less than 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain but quiet at night which is surprising for a city centre. Staff are very helpful, beds are comfy and the rooms a good size and well decorated. Fully recommended

Wonderful staff. Room was on the small side but clean and the location was perfect with easy walk to everything including the Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain. Will stay there again.

Rooms are extremely small. We asked fot twin beds and they where single beds. It is more of a good 3 star hotel not a 4*

Excellent staff and perfect location. Walkable to Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc. Quiet location off the main roads.

We spent 3 nights in Hotel. Roms extremely small for 2 people. Ac too strong we had to switch it off at night. Zero view from the window- just a wall. Hairdryer in bathroom is useless switching off every minute to cool down. Internet was very good and the location is wonderful. Staff is wonderful as well and very very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mancino 12. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and accommodating, with a special mention to Sandra for her exceptional assistance. The hotel's best feature is its location - centrally situated within walking distance of all of Rome’s iconic landmarks, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot. I highly recommend Hotel Mancino 12 and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Bed was comfortable and clean. No food available. Room was small. If you want tea/ coffee after breakfast you have to pay. Hidden charges (eg Tips at 14 euro per day). Hotel is in a central location and in a quiet side street. It didn't feel like a 4* hotel and weve stayed in many around the world. If I come back to Rome Id find a different hotel
